It's a good choice for a location and for families wanting to spend a skiing week looking for nice accommodations with self catering. Lasted is a family friendly partner. Very good service for families with kids.

We were a group of 4 South African adults visiting San Martino di Carrozza for the first time. We only stayed for 4 days in this lovely town and skied the majority of our time. We loved the residence place's long lasting location because it was close to the ski bus stop and a short stroll from the town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartments were clean and comfortably furnished. We hope to be able to go back there shortly.

i have a great night at this place. I will definitely recommend this place to my family as a place to stay when they go ski for their family. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the apartment we stayed in for 4 people was very clean and comfy. The pool area was also well kept and warm.

Overall, I definitely recommend visiting and staying!. It honestly wouldn't have been nicer. In reality, the entire stay was wonderful, and we had no issues. The front desk was smooth, and we quickly obtained the room and a parking area. There are various choices including free uncovered parking, covered parking, and a garage for an additional fee. The room was adequate and large for a family of four. Flyscreen instead of the outdated, as we saw on the internet, kitchen is wellequipped, bathroom has an assortment of towels, and bed linens are changed every day. Although we took ours with us, there was only a few large knives that were insufficiently sharp. Everything else was there. The refrigerator is a small hotel type that has a mini fridge. A nice patio or balcony is a bonus, and is in all rooms. The hotel has everything a family or couple of guests can need, including a bar where breakfast is offered, an indoor pool that was warm and clean, a spa we didn't use, a gym well equipped, and a playroom for two kids, one for bigger teens, and other smaller ones. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the internet wifi in the rooms, which was occasionally of poor quality. It worked perfectly in the reception area, pool area, and playroom. They also have bbd facilities, but they were closed

In a quiet part of the city, but near the center and the ski bus, beautiful mountain views, clean rooms and all residences, very well equipped kitchen, nice, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast with enough choice ham, salami, cheese, boiled egg, fruit, croissants, every day other baked cakes, yogurt, marmalade.. milk, juices,.. You can order coffee according to your taste or tea. Very reasonable price.

Conveniences include phones and coffee/tea makers, with housekeeping available on request. Guests can enjoy an indoor pool, sauna, fitness center, arcade/game room, snack bar/deli, and a bar/lounge. Ski storage, dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities are available. Self-parking is available onsite (subject to charges).
