Very ideally located with excellent sized rooms and plenty of space/privacy. Breakfast is exactly what you need before a long day of walking/touristing. However, the biggest strength is the staff. Whilst friendly and approachable during check-in. They showed their kindness and generosity when my wife became ill during our stay. They assisted me with finding a doctor, finding a pharmacy, taking care of our food requirements and our on-ward transportation. As well as moving things around so we could stay an extra day and not have to worry about moving my wife. I rarely write reviews, but when people show the kindness and support that the staff of this hotel did to my wife and I, I cannot help but recommend them to the highest degree.

My only thing I would say is no where on the check in instructions does it say to check in across the street. Loved the breakfast. Fast cab service to hotel. Nice people at desk and the lady setting up breakfast was very pleasant.

Great hotel, we had a nice stay. Only advice is that the check-in instructions are a little unique (you must go to the hotel across the street from Residenza Johanna I to complete your check in), and could be made more clear to customers. However, the actual process of check in could not be easier - once you find out where to do so. Great authentic Tuscan property that transports you to a different era, and offers all that one could want from Firenze, including a beautiful park being only moments away.

Velmi příjemný personál, velmi dobrá lokalita takřka v centru města, 10-15min v pěší vzdálenosti od nejznámějších památek. Pokoje čisté, dostatečně prostorné, vč. malého balkonu. V rezidenci je koutek s občerstvením po celý den, snídaně vydatné. Jediné, ale to je asi všude v Itálii- peřina. Spaní pod prostěradlem a dekou není úplně top.

Great service, great location, clean, good breakfast. Luca was so helpful and recommended us restaurants and even suggested locations to see. The room was a great size, clean and we had a cute little balcony. I prefer a softer bed but that’s just a personal preference. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We loved staying here for our trip to Florence! We used it has a home base during a 6 night trip with two day trips during that time. The staff were incredible with recommendations and making reservations for us. Whenever we left early in the morning they prepared us a breakfast the night before and even did our laundry one day as we had more traveling to do after our stay in Florence. 20 minute walk to most attractions and about 17-18 minute to train station. Convenient location!

Homey and lovely. Each room had it’s own en-suite. Shared kitchen area for breakfast of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, breads, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, yogurt and sweet jams for toast. Air conditioning was powerful, hot water, lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again.

Un accueil souriant, disponible et à l'écoute. Excellent petit déjeuner. Calme, climatisation et proche du centre ville. Parfait ! Le personnel est très gentil. Excellente literie. Hâte d'y retourner ! Et une supérette à 3 minutes!
