Clean and comfortable stay close to the train station but felt completely safe. Walking distance to the major sites. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good, close to the metro station and everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, our room was available earlier and the last day we could store our luggage. Everything was clean with a good bathroom. The bed was a little hard, but that's personal preference. It was nice there was a fridge in the room to store cool drinks and an air-conditioning was also in the roomb Overall a very nice stay, good location in a beautiful city.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. My partner and I had a nice one and my parents gor a very big one that was just gorgeous. The hotel is located in a convenient part of town so most things can be walked to. We sadly only stayed one night but i would definitely stay again if im ever in Florence. I highly recommend this hotel!

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved our time here! Super great location that is close to the train station, cathedral, and duomo. Check-in was easy, checkout was easy, what more could you ask for?

It was a great location, the room could use a chair or two, and something to put your bags on instead of the floor. But overall a great experience, and would definitely recommend, lots of charm.

Room was very close to train station, which worked perfectly for a late arrival into the city. Area was quiet. Room was a bit more sparse than anticipated, but it worked for a short stay.

O Lugar é bem localizado. Equipe de funcionários não dá para analisar . Em duas diairias que ficamos, não repõe toalhas e bem mesmo o café ( isto estou dizendo de uma dose de Nescafé ) Internet muito ruim .

The host was very kind. The location is old, and the elevator is small/very old. The host had to help me with it. Manual keys, there's a trick to using them. Room was comfortable, no luggage rack or place to store things. Beautiful marble in the bathroom. Very clean.

We were surprised to learn the staff is only available until 4pm but they did accomodate us at check-in to make sure someone was there when we checked in. They did provide us with a recommendation to park the car. They could not provide information or recommendation on a place to eat which I would expect and assume a common question to provide. No map or other information about the city was provided as we have gotten at other hotels There is no safe in the room They were able to store the luggage for us which was helpful after we checked out It was a good location but lack of customer service.

Pros: 1- very conveniently located to the Florence SM Novella station. 2- The checkin was easy 3- the room and toilet were really big and beautiful. Cons: 1- The room just had beds and chair. A table would be nice to have plus a mirror in the room or closet would be great. 2- the room keys were getting stuck while trying to lock the room.

Hébergement très bien situé et la chambre était incroyable, digne d'un palais romain avec ses colonnes, sa peinture au plafond et ses moulures. En revanche, la nuit a été terrible : aucune insonorisation, on avait l'impression de dormir au milieu d'un bar rempli d'une horde de supporters...
