It was our second time at Residenza Martin. The updates they made were great choices! It's an excellent location - right on the leather market and 10 minute walk to the train station. Clean and comfortable.

中央市場就在旁邊。離車站走路約5分鐘。樓下是皮飾街。走路到河邊大約10分鐘。但是不建議走路到米開朗基羅廣場，實在有點小遠，對台灣人來說，建議坐公車上去，山上有12號和13號公車站牌。有免費咖啡可以自行取用喔！

Great location, comfy rooms. Air conditioning worked very well. The out of room, shared bathroom was the only less comfortable thing but really not a big deal at all. The host had a plethora of good information for us upon check in. Highly recommend!

산타마리아노벨라역이랑 걸어서 5분? 거리이고 피렌체대성당도 걸어서 10분정도거리입니다 번화가까지 매우가깝고 근처에 마트도 많습니다 문열고나가면 바로앞에 가죽시장이있구요 위치상으론 좋습니다 취사도 가능하고 매일청소도 해주어서 좋았습니다 단점이라면 밖에 소음들이 방음 정말 안되여.. 노래부르는소리 별소리 다들리더라구여 매일.. 그외엔 다 좋았습니당

We had a clean comfortable room with private bath. Excellent location above the marketplace. Very close to the train station and easy walking distance to everything important in Florence. We very much enjoyed our stay!

I found airing to be a perfect choice for my mother's accommodation. She was traveling in Florida at the time, so I decided to book a single room for her. Despite the noisy neighborhood, which is normal in a big city like Florence, she had a great time. She pointed out that the wifi was excellent, and the cleanliness of her room was quite tidy. When she arrived, the hosts husband met us, and he was incredibly kind and informative. We had arrived via airing following hearing about the exorbitant hotel cost in Florence, and we were very pleased with the value for residence martin.

The accommodation was tidy, and well-equipped, but the mattress was uncomfortable. When we checked in, Veronica was delightful and offered some excellent advice. Unfortunately, I would not suggest staying here unless you are familiar with hostel-style lodging. People come and go all night long, and the locks are difficult to use, so some visitors seemed to take 20 minutes to get their bedroom door unlocked, which lacked a real sense of place right next to you. We also believed someone in the home was living there and maybe working night shifts, and they were generally banging plateschairs and other items after midnight 1 am. Our bedroom door didn't seem to close completely, so the sound from the automatic light reached us. Although the train station is a convenient location, it can be used to walk everywhere, but as others have stated, it's actually on top of the leather market, so it starts at noon and not continues until midnight, however, other areas of Florentine are much prettier.

I would recommend this gem. A few minutes walk from the train station and step out and voila you are in the market. I like the warm host and the good rooms. The condition of the room was great, clean, and spacious.

This hotel has a strategic location, right next to a bustling Central Market. Although it can get noisy at 7 am and 10 pm, if you arrive early, this hotel is not an issue. The room is basic, there is no safe box and the wifi is a little slow. The host was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station.

First, the location is a fiveminute walk from Santa Maria Novella station and directly across from the San Lorenzo Market food court. Everything is about a minute of walking anyway because it is fairly central. Second, the host was very helpful in giving me the recommended places to eat out of the four she mentioned restaurants, I was blown away by three and the other was still fine, even though it wasnt very special. For someone who is picky with their food and for the gastronomical experience in Italy, this was invaluable. She was also incredibly accommodating to my request that I leave my luggage on the property on the day of checkout, even though I didnt leave anything valuables out because it was just sitting in reception. The room was good, everything was clean, and wifi was sometimes slow. Even after closing the doors around it, the window is a bit thin, so you can hear the street below.

This property consists of 4 separate rooms (with separate bathrooms) with a shared kitchen. Overall it is was a comfortable stay with basic amenities. Communication was all digital and there was no reception. Door codes are given for the main door and lock boxes are in the communal area for door keys. The rooms are on the same street as street markets so noise from the markets can be heard until they close for the night.

Localização perfeita, do lado do mercato centrale, muito próximo à estação SMN (500m) e aos principais pontos turísticos (20min no máximo). Quarto amplo, limpo, cama confortável! Água aquecida e wifi funcionaram muito bem!
