Der Eingang ist nicht leicht zu finden da es mehrere Klingel gibt wie bei einem Wohnhaus, bei näheren hinsehen haben wir den Namen entdeckt. Es sind 4 Zimmer und die "Rezeption" ist gleich am Eingang. Es gibt keine zwischentür und wenn mann sich tagsüber ausruhen möchte zwischen zwei Besichtigungen, ist es meistens nicht ruhig. Dagegen in der Nacht sehr ruhig auch bei geöffnetem Fenster zum Hof hinaus. Bett ist super bequem und die Kissen genauso wie wir es mögen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Auch die Lage ist top. Wenn man raus auf die Straße geht ist gleich links die Santa Maria Maggiore und da lang vorbei gelangt man leicht zu Spanische Treppe, Trevi Brunnen und Pantheon. Coloseum ist noch näher auf der anderen Seite. Wir sind sogar bis zum Vatikan gelaufen, nur zurück dann mit dem Bus bis Termini gefahren. Also ist die Lage nur zum empfehlen. Bei Der Basilika ist auch Brunnen, wo man seine Flasche auffüllen kann. Im Rom kann man überall an den Brunen trinken was sehr praktisch ist. Und noch ein Tip, Busticket kann man mit seiner EC Karte im Bus kaufen. Einfach an das Gerät halten und 1.5 € werden vom Konto abgebucht.

The Mecenate is 500 meters from Estacione Termini. Walking distance The staff was very kind, the room was big. To get to the property you have to go up in 20 steps, so it is not indicated for disabled people

We stayed here for a few days and we will definitely come back again! The location of the hotel is great (walking distance from the main Termini station) and surrounded with alot of great cafes/restaurants/supermarkets etc.. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and the rooms were very clean. They included all equipment (hot water - hair dryer - shampoo etc..) and the rooms were cleaned everyday.

A estadia foi excelente. O quarto e banheiro são bem espaçosos. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A localização do hotel foi excelente para nós, próxima a estação Termini e com possibilidade de ir a pé aos principais lugares históricos. Os funcionários são muito educados. A Enrica foi muito atenciosa e gentil durante todo o período da estadia. Obrigado!

I loved the location of this hotel. It was in easy walking distance of the east side of Rome. I felt very safe using a key to the stairway and another to get to the lovely courtyard. Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with.

Our stay at the Residenza Mecenate for four days was a perfect one! Very easy access to the train station and the metro! Walking to all areas within Rome was an easy one for us. Lots of great restaurants, gelato, coffee bars around. The beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore was a two minute walk fro our hotel. The metro will get you easily to the Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Patheon. The Collesium is a 15 minute walk from this location. Staff were friend, rooms clean and they ensured our stay was comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Residenza Mecenate. The location near the train station and shopping/dining amenities was very convenient. Check in at the Mecenate Hotel a few steps away was easy and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

Super, spacious apartment, excellent location. The apartment belongs to the nearby Mecenate Hotel. We were able to walk from Roma Termini in just 5 minutes. It is close to Santa Maria Maggiore and lots of restaurants, supermarkets etc nearby. We were able to check in early at the hotel reception and had a welcoming host at the apartment. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out and able to pick them up later in the day before our flight. The only thing that let down this stay is that we booked this apartment due to it having a jacuzzi bath. My husband has arthritis and knew he would find all the walking around tiring and sore. Unfortunately the jacuzzi did not work. We reached out via the Hotels.com app but are still waiting for a reply long after we are home. Similarly, we emailed the hotel but still no reply. We finally went to the hotel reception to report it then we we were just told later it would not be fixed while we were staying there. No apology. Perhaps not a huge deal for most people but this is one of the main reasons this apartment was booked. Lack of communication from anyone is extremely disappointing.

A lovelly stay. The only criticism would be the mattress cover which was plastic, meaning every time you moved it was really noisy. We ended up stripping the bed overy night, taking it off and putting it back on in the morning, giving us a perfect nights sleep. Super quite and dark room, we loved it!

Wir hatten auf unserer Italienreise ein Executive-Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber etwas dunkel. Problematisch sind die Betten bzw. die Matratzen - sehr hart und unbequem - das ist schade.
