Struttura super consigliata!! Accoglienza fantastica del Signor Alessandro che ci ha anticipato il check-in, stanza con tutti i confort e super pulita. Posizione centralissima e strategica per visitare il centro storico. Prezzo onesto per tutto ciò che offre e per la posizione.

Location of property was perfect. Colloseum, Roman forum and Palpatine hill were 1 block away. Trevi fountain and spanish steps were a 15 minute walk. Plenty of dining options just outside the front door. Room was clean and spacious. The owner Alessandro was very hospitable and helpful.

We had the best stay at this hotel. It's beautifully decorated. Has all the amenities that you could want. They provided snacks and water in the room, which was great after traveling for hours with a toddler. The staff was incredibly accomodating and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were comfortable and they provided extra blankets in the room. We really couldnt have asked for a better stay and this will be the only hotel that we use whenever we are in Rome from now on!

Overall we were very pleased with our whole experience at the Residenza Imperial Roma. The owners were very helpful and informative. Our room(Adriana) was roomy and clean. The hotel is in a great location and very walkable to many of Romes beautiful ancient ruins and attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

Our experience was generally great. The small hotel is of lovely quality and the staff were very nice. The room was great, though it does get a lot of street noise (expected) and you can hear noise from other apartment especially through bathroom. No biggie. Worth it for the short walk to the Colosseum. What was disappointing was being charged €20 for a “late checkin” fee. We were in communication with the host for hours prior and this charge was never mentioned. We were late by 26 minutes…this was also never mentioned in the small print of the hotel’s profile. We arrived at 20:26, so by no way very late…We found the charge unreasonable and was the only sour part of our stay.

Residenza Roma Imperiale is in fantastic location. It is extremely central to most things in Rome. Being only a few minutes walk to the Coliseum meant we could go there multiple times at various times for sunrise, sunset, night lights to get lots of great photos. It is in a very safe location so no problems walking in that area at any time. Our host Alessandro was excellent with accommodating our arrival times, giving us heaps of information and just being so friendly. The room and ammenities were excellent. There was nothing that we did not like about it.

This place is fabulous... If I could give it an 11 out of 5 I would. Location is perfect. A short walk to subway, Colosseum and many of places. The trip was perfect... Just too short! The next time in Rome, we're definitely staying here! Even if we need to change our plans to fit availability. Alessandro made us feel like we were home. Really NOTHING bad...
