Excellent hotel that is close to a subway and bus station. The vatican is also close by. It's therefore a great starting point for a city trip. Excellent service from the owner, who is very kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was good, cozy, and also spotless. We hope to come back again.

We stayed in this be in a more residential part of rome and fell in love with the Prat area. The house is clean and modern. Matter, the receptionist, is very attentive and friendly person. The area around the property has many great dining options. Even though the hotel is a bit closer to all the major attractions, you can still walk to the vatican or cross the tigers to the historic centre.

Guests who enjoy the quiet and tranquility can find this place by foot in just ten minutes. It's a lovely and comfortable choice for those who enjoy peace and quiet at Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. The hotel's cleanliness has always been a feature of my stay. As clean a hotel as this one has never been. You do a terrific job, especially the cleaning person. The personnel are courteous and knowledgeable, and they all have excellent English skills. Due to courtesy, breakfast is served in the rooms. The only thing I didn't like was how loud other people were making when entering their rooms late at night, but that is not something that hotel employees are liable for. Maybe you should warn them? Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I wholeheartedly endorse this location to others. Keep up the excellent job.

I stayed for 4 days with 4 people. We were afraid of it because the outside is not that nice, but the rooms are nice! We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. The manager or something like that did not speak English very well. Sometimes it was very difficult to understand him. All in all, I recommend this place!.

This place is very clean and the service and breakfast was great. We walk everywhere except to the coliseum. There are many restaurants and shopping and it's only three blocks away from the metro. We had to take a couid test before returning home and the pharmacy was across the street, we paid 22 euros.
