Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure.•Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted.•Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual.•Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide an ID for registration.•At check-out it is important to leave both sets of keys on the table. In case of forgetfulness you will be charged €50 for the cost of the duplicate and the service fee.•Heating and air conditioning temperatures are set in compliance with municipal regulations. The on/off dates are set by the authorities.•Arrival time and bed setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation.
