Fantastic hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, perfect location near to shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Venice. The room was modern, clean and a good size with a view over the square. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful rooms with elegant upgrades and spacious layout. Clean, quiet and great air conditioning. Staff was responsive and accommodating, helping with a late check-in (11:30pm) due to local delays. I would love to stay again.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to visit Venice! Incredibly walkable, yet far enough from all the "tourist traps" for our hotel to be in a quiet enough area at night. GREAT DINING was right across the street. And the accommodations were just newly renovated! Love Love LOVE everything about our time in Venice (:

When it’s 30 degrees plus Celsius, having AC that doesn’t work is a problem. Although we booked a suite in Room 201, one pf the units did not have a working condensor. When approached about the issue, staff only said it was too late for them to call anyone to address the issue. When we checked out the next day, noone was at the front desk from 7:25 to 7:35 am. We had booked a tour so left the keys and note for checkout with our luggage which worked fine but left us concerned. Such a shame for a modern and nice property. It is also quite far from St Mark’s square.

We have a pleasant staying at the hotel, the property is well maintained and has a great location. I’m giving them 4 stars because they are very late to respond any messages and also because the TV wasn’t working. The staff who did my check in were distracted and didn’t really pay attention to my request, but once only one person stayed, things changed and we received all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to vacation in Venice.

Location was great - 12 minute walk to the train station. Their breakfast is a normal European breakfast - light. The room had AC without a locked temperature which was great because we could put it to as cold as we wanted. Issue: There was sooo many fruit flies in our room. I don’t know if that’s a Venice thing but we had to kill so many of them. They were in the building a little too. The shower was good but in our room the floor wasn’t sloped properly so all the shower water went from the bathroom to the outside of our room door. There was a 1” puddle by our door. So keep that in mind when showering and don’t have any thing on the floor. Thankfully the floor was all tile.

The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast service was non-existent, we therefor opted not to eat on premise. The lobby is underwhelming, along with the adjacent bar. The spaces are not properly designed and because there are no proper seating options in the hotel rooms, there is little to no space where a guest could sit and have coffee or read, especially when the weather is rainy.
