The bathroom was a great size along with our room. Silvia at the front desk was so helpful and very nice! She spoke to us each time we entered the hotel. I will say the employee that did the evening shift was not very outgoing, never spoke to us and never once said hello when entering or leaving the hotel. The breakfast that was provided was amazing! A great variety, everything was fresh and the employees there were very accommodating.

Monia greeted us and right from the start we knew it was going to be a great stay! She was so kind and helpful. Our room was small but had everything we needed. Clean, good breakfast, great location! We had an amazing stay!

Shower good. Best vaporetto stop for the hotel is Rialto Mercato. It is the same distance to the hotel as Rialto Vaporetto stop without having to drag your case up and down over the Rialto bridge. Listen to receptionist for best places to eat. Good stay.

Our hotel concierge, Monia was so efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The room was large and comfortable with windows overlooking the canal. The room was very clean and a bottle of champagne on ice was waiting for us. Breakfast was included with many delicious options, We were directed by porters at the train station to a private boat to get to the hotel and paid 70 Euros. Only to find out that the hotel we were staying at was across the rialto bridge and canal. We dragged our luggage and climbed endless steps to cross over. When we asked her she informed us that the public water taxi was 2 minutes from where we were staying and no steps. The cost for a water taxi was only $9 Euros. She also made us aware of the train strike just in case we would be affected, thank God we weren’t. Monia was super helpful and very friendly. Loved this hotel and friendly staff.

The entire staff was super friendly especially Silvia who helped us coordinate transportation and the water taxi directly to the airport! Room was awesome with a view of the main canal. Location was perfect to walk the entire city. Will be staying there again!

Great location, very clean hotel, and exceptionally helpful staff! We arrived before check-in, and the team kindly held our luggage while recommending several great nearby lunch spots. They also helped arrange a water taxi to Murano so we could experience the glass-blowing process, and coordinated transportation to our cruise ship the following day, making everything seamless and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Venice. The outstanding service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were wonderful. Checking in was very easy and let us know if we were needing any suggestions of places to eat, see etc they were more than happy to assist. I requested an ironing board and she set it up promptly with a beautiful view. The breakfast was amazing! That in itself provides a great value for the stay. The location was great and felt very central.
