a truly intriguing, genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. My finest hotel encounter and customer service. Breakfast buffet, which features a variety of dairy products, cereals, cakes, jams, hardboiled eggs, fruits, and various styles of juice, are all thoughtfully prepared by the attentive Signora Barbara. The dinner table is decorated with freshly made bread, coffee, a plate of ham or mortadella, and cheese. The 50% discount is strongly recommended. I clean, gorgeous, roomy, bright, and bright room 36, complete with a comfortable bed, small with many English channels, a balcony, and a garden view. I was thrilled to have the receptionistowner, Michael, assist me. A wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable hotel stay. Extra pillows are available. Just let Signore Michael know your requirements. I visited in September 2017. I was drawn to this hotel by its description as a really welcoming family run hotel. That is so different from the real thing. The family was rude and uninviting. Visit here and you will always have a sunbed by the pool at any time of the day the reason we are because people stay there then leave the place during the day! After traveling for 15 hours, we arrived and had to wait in an unattended reception area for 20 minutes. Eventually, a young lady arrived to check us in. She took my case and complained it was very heavy it was ekg, and I was happy to carry my own case, but she snatched it from me and threw off. We were shown to the room and she left after telling us that dinner would be rp and breakfast at 1 am. She was really abrupt. The room was very small but beautiful and spotless. Very clean. The room was very small and so high on the wall that you couldn't actually observe it. The perfect couple but a bit awkward when the table is so small and strangers knock on each other. We went out after that but one last night back. The hotel has so much potential, but people will make you feel unwelcome, it's just a 10 minute walk from the hotel to area where the shops and bars are. Good points really pretty small hotel

Excellent family hotel with the best service! Beautiful pool area and a quiet, calm hotel with a great restaurant. Will come back! It's simple to travel around the island by car or motorcycle. Nice to visit the thermal beach on the north side, and also the Castello Agosso on the island.

This is an outdated hotel that appears only as a very basic hotel. The employees here were very kind. The food was good. I've been to many parts of Italy and found it dirty and the people not very friendly.

We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, and we had a great time. This hotel is spotless in every area. We had a boat trip around the island with Barbara, which was quite a thrill. She also scheduled and drove our son for an urgent dental appointment. The pool is wonderful, not the traditional over-chlorinated one. The rooms were pristine, the beds were made, and the room was cleaned and tidy to a very high standard each day. Brunch was a very varied buffet, and the shaded al fresco cafe on the side of the pool was ideal for lunch. We had dinner several times, and it was satisfactory. The server, Philippe, was extremely kind and friendly to us, especially towards the kids. But what sets this place so special are the owner Michael and his daughter, Barbara, who treat you like long lost family members. Barbara organized a boat trip for us, which was incredibly entertaining. She also organized and took our son to an emergency dental appointment. She is a lovely lady. Ischial has many more luxurious hotels, but if you want a lovely, friendly family hotel, the Ischial Hotel Cleopatra is the best!.
