Great location extremely close to the train station, with everything within walking distance. You get a digital key on your phone for check-in. The bed is comfortable with a decent bathroom in a prime location. Would highly recommend this, especially if you're travelling by train, as it is so central.

I had a wonderful stay at Roma Vespahouse. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided in advance. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Roma Termini, making it perfect for exploring Rome and traveling around the city. The room and bathroom were spotless, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property is comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a fabulous experience with great attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The guest house is indeed located right next to Roma Termini on Via Carlo Cattaneo, and many guests highlight its cleanliness, convenient check-in, and excellent location.

Truely smoke-free accommodation. Many other hotels in the same area are never far away from cigarette fumes wafting into your room, but Vespahouse was a fume-free lillte sanctuary with decent facilities. It's a self-checkin but my messages to the hotel account were replied promptly. Clean and comfortable, happy to book again.

Roma Vespahouse was convenient to Termini Station. The staff (not on-site, but virtual) provided very clear access instructions prior to arrival making arrival seamless. Room was small, but clean and sufficient for my needs while making a quick stop in Rome before going on to my final destination. Very affordable.

If all you’re looking for is a room to sleep in with clean towels that are changed every day comfortable bad and and a refrigerator and kettle … This is the place for you. It was perfect for us to tour the sites of Rome. Note there are not staff on site to provide any extras.

The room was as advertised, and I appreciated the detailed check-in process provided to me about a week before my trip, which included images with instructions since there is not a front desk. The air conditioning worked great, and it is a solid choice for people looking to be close to the metro station but in a safe neighborhood.

It was really a wonderful place. The location was great and the room was too. I had a single room with a twin bed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is small but nice and shampoo/body wash was provided along with a shower cap. I was so happy to see a shower cap! I had forgotten to take mine. I had a little trouble getting in the first time but called and she guided me through the process. I think the issue was that I received 2 emails with instructions. One was better than the other, with more details. Unfortunately I was following the other one.

Communication with the staff was great even weeks before my trip. Location is excellent. Room was lean on arrival and every day I returned to my room. Having no reception was no problem and getting into the building and room was easy. Would definitely return and recommend Vespahouse.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. The property manager and owner were very accomodating and made the process of getting into the very secure building, very easy. I would stay here again and recommend it for people who are using the trains.
