Apartment Rules: English & Italiano
When out of town, I choose the Sweetguest team to manage my house.
A person of the team will be friendly receive you at your arrival and inform you about the house and the city. The team will be available for you during all your stay.

Important note:

- At your entrance in the house you will have to give at the person who is meeting you the city tax: for children between 10 and 15 yrs old, € 2, for adult from 16 years old on, € 4 per night per person;
- Check-in after 8:00 pm you have at 30€ surcharge;
- Check-in after 11:00 pm has at 50€ surcharge;
- In case of delay, check-in may be rescheduled;
- If you are two guests and you would like to use two separate beds, please advise in advance and an additional set of bed linens will be provided.

Please accept the following friendly rules, especially made for you and for all other people willing to pass by:

- Close all the windows before leaving the apartment;
- Leave the apartment in order when leaving;
- No smoking allowed inside;
- Do not make noise on stairs and in other common areas;
- All lights must be turned off when leaving;
- Parties and other events are not permitted;
- It's not possible to leave the luggage in the house after check-out.

For the convenience of my guests, I run an honesty bar stocked with a selection of quality local bubbles and red and white wines. Please feel free to help yourselves, all I ask is that you kindly let me know what you have consumed so that I may send you a payment request.

For when I'm not home, I chose the Sweetguest team to run the apartment. A trusted person will meet you to give you the keys and all the information you need. The team will remain at your disposal if needed throughout the stay.
