This was my wife and I’s first time travelling to Italy. We spent a lot of time researching the best areas to stay. This location came up and had very good reviews. It lived up to all of them. While the room is small and intimate, and you have less amenities in your room. The bed was very comfortable, the AC was cold, and the staff were helpful and kind. Above all, the location is absolutely ideal. You are walking distance from a ton of attractions, transit and great restaurants. When, not if, we come back to an Italy, we will be looking at staying here again.

"Despite being small, the room was extremely comfortable. The mattress, linens, and pillows were excellent. The shower was very good, and the amenities were beautifully scented. I would also like to emphasize the quietness inside the rooms, which proves they invested in good soundproofing. Another major highlight was the breakfast—truly excellent, featuring a great selection of fruits, breads, cheeses, and more. Furthermore, I must commend the entire team across reception, the bar, and housekeeping. I’d like to give a special mention to Clara, who provided outstanding service both during breakfast and at the rooftop. Congratulations to all! I will certainly return to this hotel on my future trips to Rome."

The Ruby franchise is amazing, such helpful staff and amenities which we actually use. The locations aren’t in the heart of the city but we didn’t mind the short walks to all the attractions. The rooftop terrace is amazing and they serve drinks up there while over looking the city. Can’t say enough good things

The Wow room was spacious and the bed and bedding very comfortable. Although small, the bathroom functioned well and the extra sink and big mirror in the main room was great. We loved the staff. Self check in is on the 6th floor where the bar is. Self check in was easy. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis to historic sites. The hotel is located close to many historic sites and there is shopping nearby as well as many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!
