O hotel é razoavelmente confortável e próximo à estação, achei o preço um pouco salgado pro que oferece, mas nada que fuja dos padrões de Roma. O único porém que ficava próximo a uma ruazinha bem barulhenta de madrugada, onde os adolescentes ficam fazendo arruaça, e por não ter isolamento térmico, o barulho invade todo o quarto.

O Banheiro não estava 100% Limpo, o quarto é bem Amplo e com uma excelente Cama e Ar-condicionado. O Hotel parece ser recem reformado, fácil acesso aos principais pontos Turisticos (Onibus ou Metro), próximo da estação Termini e equipe bastante receptiva.

Hotel bem localizado e perto da área universitária. Apesar do quarto ser pequeno era limpo e acolhedor. O staff é muito simpático!

O colchão não estava bom, havia um desnível muito grande e uma parte funda no meio. O box do banheiro estava quebrado, fazendo com que a porta caísse sempre quando era fechada para o banho. Não havia tapete para o banheiro então tudo ficava molhado. Tentamos usar o ar condicionado apenas uma noite e ele não funcionou.

Beautiful spot bedrooms very clean and nice! Beds are a little stiff and hard but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and cheap this is your spot!!

My stay was for three days, and unfortunately the room was not cleaned at all during that time. No additional toilet paper was provided, and I did not receive any bottled water apart from the one I specifically requested on the day of arrival. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. There were also no cups for drinking water or making tea in the room. Considering that the price is similar to many other hotels in the area, I expected a much better standard of service. For the same price, it is possible to find hotels that provide daily housekeeping, tea and coffee facilities, complimentary water, and overall better room amenities. On a positive note, the reception staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the value for money and would not choose to stay here again.

料金は安いし、ローマ市内の名所は徒歩圏内にあります。隣にバールやレストランもあるので、ホテルそのものは価格相応と割り切れる方にはお勧めです。その他は割り切りが必要かと。

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier assez éloigné du centre mais animé avec des bars à proximité. Une forte odeur d’humidité mélangée à de la javel émanait de la chambre et ça sentait le tabac froid dans la salle de bain. Ok pour une nuit rapide mais pas plus !

The room wasn't clean enough. There was dust everywhere in the room and in the bathroom too. No one came to clean it or to check if I needed toilet paper or towels. The room didn't even have a TV, a kettle, tea, coffee, water, or cups. On my first day, I woke up at half past five to the sound of a mosquito singing in my ear.

Staff were very friendly. Signage consisted of a small sign on the building that was not visible from the street - hard to find. The property is old and very basic. No hot water one day. Sheets were not changed. We received fresh towels on the third day of our stay. The Expedia description said there was free parking, but there was no parking available and we had to park on the street. The hotel was not equipped to accept credit cards so we had to pay the city tax at a neighboring restaurant that was affiliated somehow but had a different name. The restaurant had very good food.

Do not stay here even for the price. Shower door was completely off the hinge and couldn’t shower without water going everywhere. Shower was clogged and sewage came out. Bathroom was extremely dusty. Red spots on mirror. TV was hanging extremely tilted. Found condom wrappers and hair and lubricant along the bedside. Room was extremely unhygienic. Staff didn’t seem surprised when brought to their attention. Mattress was very old and partner woke up with a bite from something. Was supposed to stay 3 nights. Left after the first.
