Quarto amplo, iluminado. Janelas enormes que bloqueiam maiores barulhos. Café da manhã altamente diverso e saboroso. Toda equipe do hotel é muito gentil e prestativa.

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 minutes du métro et de la gare. Chambre très propre et calme . Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. Atout majeur divers restaurants à prix raisonnables au pied de l’hôtel.

Room was spacious and clean, however, the cleaning staff missed a room refresh for our room one day which was unexpected. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were excellent very helpful and worthy of praise for their efforts. The hotel is very close to the train station which is very easy. The street outside of the hotel looks sketchy but never were we scared. The hotel staff did a good job of making us feel safe and we felt secure in our room.

It seems that the property houses multiple hotels which makes it confusing and disorganized. The location is very close to the metro station and therefore, very convenient. We noticed a lot of police cars especially in the evening. The breakfast was good and the chef was friendly and super nice.

The floor on which we stayed had just been remodeled and was amazing, with marble everywhere and a huge TV. There were a lot of free breakfast options, and their in-house restaurant gets five stars. Ask for a room on the third floor.

Very clean, large room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but ordering coffee was confusing. We thought there would be self serve coffee or someone would come to your table for your order, instead we had to seek out a server and inquire about coffee. The server spoke little English and seemed confused about our request all 3 mornings so not sure what is proper custom to order coffee. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was fine and looked like the photos. However there were some things that just didn’t work as expected. We had some difficulty opening our door. There was no place to hang toilet paper in our bathroom which seemed a bit odd. Had I’d known that the hotel was on the grubby side of piazza Garibaldi, I probably would’ve have booked it. I think greater effort could be made on the part of the hotel to clean up the inner courtyard, elevator and stairs which we had to use to get to our room. Finally, we were confused as to whether we had paid the city tax as our previous hotel had charged it at check out. The person working at the front desk flipped through a binder and said ‘you’re right. You haven’t paid it ‘. When I checked my invoice later while riding the train, I saw that we had paid it . It seemed like they had little on the computer and were using binders and note books to keep track. We did not receive a receipt for the tax we paid in cash, which makes me think the person at the desk might have pocketed it. I can’t say we had a good stay at the hotel

O hotel tem instalações novas, o café da manhã bom, o quarto não estava impecávelmente limpo, mas também não estava muito sujo. A localização é muito prática, ao lado da estação central, o que nos trouxe muita comodidade. Porém, a rua em que o hotel está, assim como a maioria dos locais ao redor da estação, é bem caótica.

Locatie is centraal gelegen in napels?, naast station. Wel is eea gedateerd: die 4 dterren die zij claimen is van heel lang geleden... kamer is klein. Lawaaierig en ontbijt is absoluut niet vers: veel van de lidl en nogal vettig/ dikmakend en goedkoop aandoende. Jammer

The staff had zero idea about good customer service. The hotel room was very good and clean but the access to my part of the building was by an old service lift. We had to move our luggage ourselves and when we asked for directions to the room the receptionist just pointed them to us and when we said it was our first time and someone ought to help us there, she said that we are the only ones complaining about it and sat down. We asked to speak with the manager and he was not available; the manager failed to see us even though we left a message for him. Worst of all, our room was not cleaned for the period we stayed there even though we asked the cleaning staff and the receptionist more than once. The owners should put in the same effort they used in building the structures into ensuring they either recruit the right staff or train the ones they have properly. I am a regular visitor to Napoli and I will not be staying there ever again neither will I recommend it to anyone.

Do not stay here! Tons of rats and trash in the street outside of the hotel. The inside of the room was very dirty and the toilets had urine around them. Worse than that, the front desk staff came to our room at almost 10pm while we were sleeping. They first knocked on the door and then tried to enter our room using their key without announcing themselves. When we woke up and opened the door, they asked for our credit card so they could charge us for our room. The whole experience made us very uncomfortable.
