This was the best hotel of our trip to Italy! Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). The hotel and the room were beautiful and spotless - and the shower has to be one of the best hotel showers of all time! Great stay!

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It is immaculately clean, centrally located for boats to the islands with great amenities including our highlight which was the roof top bar. The staff could not have been more polite or helpful and the breakfast was fabulous! From being shown to our room and given a tour and suggestions for the visit, every member of staff was wonderful and welcoming! We stay in lots of hotels and this is one of our favourites. Would definitely recommend!

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Sempione. Es ist ein kleines feines familiär geführtes Hotel. Der Empfang war schon herzlich und Daniela gab uns schon Tips war wir besichtigen können. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Seesicht gebucht, ist lohnenswert. Vom Zimmer und von der Dach-Terrasse sind die Inseln zu sehen. Der Bootsanleger zu den Inseln ist fast gegenüber dem Hotel. Die Zimmer und Bad sind sehr schön renoviert, sieht alles wie neu aus. Sehr bequeme Betten und Kissen (ist nicht überall so). Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Sollten wir nochmals in diese Region gehen, wir würden direkt wieder dieses Hotel buchen, ohne über einen Hotel Anbieter. Wir reisen relativ viel, ist auch eines der besten Hotels das wir hatten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, in ein paar Schritten ist man im Zentrum, Restaurants, Geschäfte etc.

Wonderful boutique hotel right on the main road close to shops, restaurants and the ferry terminal. The staff were very attentive and kind. The views from the rooftop were amazing and a great place to chill in the evenings. I would highly recommend this hotel

Great location, approx 10-15 minute walk from train station. Overlooks the waterfront and 2-3 minute walk to the ferry terminal and town centre and market area. Rooms were very clean and nice modern bathroom with toiletries. Helpful and pleasant reception staff, would highly recommend

We would rate this hotel 10 stars if we could. Daniela and the rest of the staff were PHENOMENAL. They were great with our precocious 5-year-old. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious by European standards, and you can tell the care and pride the staff take with their jobs. The 5th floor terrace is the PERFECT place for breakfast or an aperitivio. The hotel is 200 feet from the ferry to the 3 Barromean islands. Daniela gave us several suggestions for places to visit that were spot on. Stresa was great with a kid. We will be back!

Vi kommer absolut boka igen. Underbart, nyrenoverat, snyggt och rent rum med utsikt över sjön. Vi hade inte frukost inkluderat. Litet pentry fanns på rummet. Fantastiska ägare och personal. Mycket trevliga. Takterrass som är tillgänglig för alla. Otrolig utsikt. Nära centrum med restauranger och båtarna som kör till Isola Bella, Madre mm. Grazie mille.
