Ogni volta che ho inviato un messaggio per richiedere il servizio navetta, ho ricevuto una risposta rapida e utile. Gli autisti della navetta e il personale dell'hotel mi hanno accolto tutti con un sorriso e la colazione era deliziosa. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata era già accesa in camera, rendendola confortevole e permettendomi di riprendermi completamente dalla stanchezza del viaggio. Consiglio vivamente il Sempione Hotel Ristorante!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly as described, and we were so grateful for the air conditioning! Our airport shuttle was prompt and our driver Johnny was the best and got us safely to the airport! We would definitely stay here again should our travels take us through the Milan Malpensa airport!

The property was excellent for my budget and then some! They consistently offered me easy ways to get around, including the free shuttle service to the airport which was so easy and convenient. I ate at the restaurant for dinner and the service was top notch there as well! Great location, great budget, great staff! Would highly recommend !

The hotel is a bit old and there is no elevator, so it may be inconvenient for guests with large luggage. However, the staff were very kind, and I appreciated that breakfast was available from 6:00 a.m., which was helpful before an early flight. The location is convenient for the airport, but the airplane noise was quite noticeable. One thing that made me a little anxious was that, as an international traveler, I only had mobile data and did not have a local phone number, so calling the shuttle was difficult. Fortunately, the information desk staff at Malpensa Airport were very kind and helped me contact the hotel. It would be even more helpful if the hotel could communicate with guests by WhatsApp or another messaging app.

スタッフの皆さんが本当に優しく気持ちの良い方々でここに泊まって良かったなと感じました。ネガティブな口コミも宿泊前に少し拝見しましたが、宿泊するお客さん側の問題だと思いますので安心して宿泊して大丈夫です。夕飯はホテルのレストランでいただきましたが3週間ほどヨーロッパを周った中でも上位に入る美味しさでした。特に南イタリア系のパスタやメニューが充実していて、塩加減も丁度良く、平日なのに地元のお客さんで満席になるのが納得できる味でした。生ビールもオーストリアの良い意味でクセのあるものがチョイスされており、石窯のピザやトラパネーゼとの相性も抜群で良く考えられてるなと嬉しくなりました。またイタリアに行く際はぜひ伺いたいと思います。

The room and stay were great. Complementary breakfast in the morning was very convenient. The restaurant was delicious. However, if you stay here, make sure you have a rental car or mode of transportation that is not walking. This little town is cute but about a 20 minute train ride from Milan. Once you get off the train and walk to the hotel there are no sidewalks.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Sempione, everything was exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to start the day, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day in the city. I would definitely consider staying here again.
