Esperienza sicuramente molto positiva. Il punto forte del soggiorno è stata l'animazione. I tanti ragazzi dell'animazione sono carinissimi, sempre coinvolgenti e con grande voglia. Un grazie particolare ad Antonio , Simone, Riccardino, Michelle, Kato (il maestro del fuoco, le sue esibizioni sono uno spettacolo), Ciccio e Tommaso, solo per citarne alcuni. Tantissime attività durante tutta la giornata e spettacoli coinvolgenti la sera. Villaggio ideale per amanti dello sport: consiglierei di spingere di più in futuro proprio su questo aspetto, perchè sono veramente degni di nota sia il coinvolgimento dell'animazione nei tornei che le strutture stesse che permettono di giocare e divertirsi. Spiaggia molto bella, a due passi dal cuore del villaggio e ricca di attività per gli amanti del mare. Camera bella e moderna...purtroppo ci sono stati problemi con l'acqua calda per un paio di giorni. Cibo vario ma non sempre di qualità all'altezza del resto dei servizi. Uniche note negative: - scomoditá di una tessera da mostrare ogni volta che si richiede una consumazione, nonostante il braccialetto dell'all inclusive: troppo tempo di attesa per ordinare da bere al ristorante e al bar - la sala ristorante potrebbe essere piu pulita: il rapporto camerieri/clienti al ristorante non è sufficiente per avere un servizio eccellente. Nel complesso esperienza sicuramente da consigliare. W IL GRANDE SLAM ❤️

E' il terzo anno che vado in villaggi Blu Serena e non mi deludono mai...sono perfetti in tutto...il ristorante ottimo con svariate pietanze,la piscina spettacolare,il mare idem,le camere perfette. la cucina delle mamme fantastica con tutto quello che si puo' chiedere per un bambino e la cortesia e' il top!! Per non parlare della spettacolare animazione con il grande professionista "il nano"...un ragazzo preparatissimo e bravissimo come tutto il team!!! Ogni sera spettacoli molto divertenti.....mi manchera' questo villaggio anche perche'e comodissimo nel muoversi,tutto vicino!! Di sicuro ci ritornero il prossimo anno perche' in questo tipo di villaggi ci si sta benissimo!! Ve lo consiglio molto,come gli altri Blu Serena!!!

Villaggio bello e pulito. Check in un po' caotico la domenica (transitano 2000 persone!) ma poi tutto è ben organizzato e durante il soggiorno non si soffrOno né calca, né coda. Animazione ottima, capitanata dal Nano-Marco Passarani. Gruppo sportivo disponibile e competente (Igor e Luigi al nautico, Ludmilla al tennis, Fabio a tiro con l'arco, Diego molto in gamba alla scuola calcio, Matteo e gli altri bagnini molto attenti). Cucina ottima! Vacanza da rifare!

We like the atmosphere, and the environment was very pleasant, crowded, and noisy, but we can hear the noise. As a group member in the German slovak travel group, we only welcomed Italians and slovaks. This hotel is an Italian inn and it's made for Italians. Koala Tours has provided ultra all inclusive mai to the slovaks. The chef is also able to invite foreign visitors. I can tell you that the food is amazing. The merits of the authentic Italian hotel is the kitchen, which is based on koala tours. The breakfast was also Italian. The buffet was not at all inclusive. There are various different bread, meat, vegetables, and pasta. The food was excellent. For each guest, you are given a fixed location and a short opening time for eating. Since the restaurant is accessible to each guest, the spots are available. The crock is available for every dining selection and is offered to each one or two. The bathroom also has the capacity to supply water and wine. There are only 1 mug of water for each guest, and it's only one. It's very difficult to sit on the terrace at night because you should be able to ask about the rooster. We are not permitted to switch rooms. Unlike buses or trains, the staff is only Italian-speaking.

This is a delightful family resort with lots to do for little children. The beach is beautiful, the water is clean but quite deep. The sand is a little pebble. The rooms are basic but have air conditioning. Could use some modernization. There is something for everyone in the pool. The food is great and the dedicated gluten-free area makes it much more relaxing for those of us who have to eat glutenfree.

One of the nicest villages in bluserena, in my opinion. It is also the location of the village where you can just swim by the sea. But the best part is the people I encountered. The first people I bring to my heart are Nico and his team. Also, I want to thank divided, Jody and Leonardo. Also, sailing house, all the dancers and singers who are beautiful people for aesthetic purposes but also for their hurt..

I would say not to stay on the sport area side, if you can. I would like to thank you, they are a great addition to your trip. My favorite restaurant, Romeo and Juliet, was the emerald beach. I would say that you can avoid Unit 15 from the sport area side because of the obvious lack of quality, but the entire team is extremely diligent and cool guys. The seaside is the ideal place, perhaps closer to a warm, spotless beach and sea. However, everything is up to you. No one cried so much over this, not as much. Due to the seaside at the end of the day, people come there at night because of it. Beach arriving at the previous point is in a spotless area, with sun loungers and chairs included in the allinclusive. The beach bar begins all inclusive at 12.30, when you are already going for lunch and a siesta nonlogiocal for guests, but the hotel is smart, I guess, daily cleaning, and rooms generally neat, just as it is for a family. We couldn't help but smell must in the room all the time. However, after a few days, we became comfortable with it, diningrestaurant 89 people seated at a table, so usually two families. The Italian food is one of our favorites, so the quality of that doesn't matter,

I am really enjoying my vacation. I spent a week here in a beautiful place. I adore the beach and my time there with my children. I adore the sport group, and I am surrounded by a lot of friendly people, particularly the tennis instructor. I adore my vacations and spend a lot of time with her! Beautiful and creative woman! Thank you, Lucy! My kids adore you as well! good food as well! Nickole, the gym teacher is also excellent! The director Julian define is the only drawback, it seems odd in his attitude, and a bit dangerous. This man is scary! My kids feared him. And I speak with other parents during the week and he doesn't like kids at all. However, it's unfortunate that some children are afraid of him..

Il villaggio è molto curato a livello di struttura e servizi. C'è molto divertimento per i bambini di tutte le fasce d'età. L'animazione é buona sia per i bambini che per gli spettacoli per la sera. Il mare é vicinissimo r comodo da raggiungere. L'acqua è bella. Il mangiare andrebbe migliorato come qualita'.

Ho soggiornato al Serenè con la famiglia dal 30 al 6 Agosto. Esperienza buona, nel complesso. Camere non grandi ma molto pulite. Punto di forza la vicinanza al mare che, pero, nella tarda mattinata un po' si sporcava. Buona la ristorazione e ottima l'animazione. Un villaggio di sicuro a misura di bambini.

Sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Geeignet nur für Familien mit Kindern.Italienische Sprache ist von Vorteil.Das Essen ist italienischer Standart, es gibt nur Selbstbedienung und es wird an einem zugewiesenen 8er Tisch gegessen.Leider besteht keine Möglichkeit z.B am Abend a la carte in einem separaten Raum zu essen.Das Meer und der Strand sind einmalig schoen.
