⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seven Suites Hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The self-access entry system is seamless and convenient, especially for late arrivals, even though there is no staff on-site at night. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away. One of the highlights is the beautiful old church located across the street—it adds a charming and picturesque touch to the entire experience. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and in a very safe area, the breakfast place wonderful to make you feel like a local. We were able to walk to everything from this location. Great experience.

We had just a minute worth of trouble locating however when we did the helpers made us feel so welcome. Rooms spotless . Marta helped immensely with our transportation needs.

We had a great stay at Seven Suites!! Very walkable and convenient location!! When we arrived we were greeted with a list of nearby recommendations which were delicious and appreciated!!! The restaurant downstairs was very cute and delicious, we enjoyed the included breakfast available each day there. We got locked out of our room once and were communicated with immediately as well. Cute neighborhood vibe and close enough to get to the main sites. Definitely recommend!

An unusual hotel with 7 suites taking up one floor of an apartment building. Clean, modern and comfortable- staff is nice too. The neighborhood is great as it isn’t just another tourist trap - fun to walk around and conveniently located near two train stations. The testavere area is full of trattorias and shops and be sure to walk up the hill to nice city views. The bakery on the ground floor is A+.

Estadia muito prática, localização boa ao lado de supermercado e com vários restaurantes na região, uma cafeteria maravilhosa ao lado. O quarto é novo e espaçoso, não trocam as toalhas, tem um custo adicional se você quiser que troquem. Ouvimos barulho do interfone à noite inteira quando os hóspedes entram na propriedade

Lovely place in a great area of Rome. A bit away from the action, but highly recommended, close to the bus and also metro lines. The area is safe and there is a little supermarket and an AMAZING cafe in the same building.

Das Hotel besteht aus einer Etage in einem mehrstöckigen Wohngebäude. Das macht es zu etwas besonderem, denn hier wohnt man mit den „Locals“ unter einem Dach. Alle Angestellten sind super nett, die Zimmer wie abgebildet schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück besteht aus Gutscheinen für die im Erdgeschoss befindliche Bäckerei , was ebenfalls einmalig für Hotels ist und den Aufenthalt zu einem außergewöhnlichem Erlebniss macht. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, das nach dem Checkout um 10 Uhr morgens kein Zugang zu Toiletten/Restrooms/Umkleiden besteht, was bei einer abendlichen Abreise von Vorteil wäre. Trotzdem , Top Hotel, immer wieder gerne. Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Seven Suites is clean, quiet, and has everything that is needed for a stay of a few days in Rome. The location is 2-3 metro stops away from many tourist destinations making the neighborhood an ideal home base for exploring the city while staying a bit off the beaten path. The bakery downstairs is amazing. Highly recommended.
