Easy location for one night in sorrento. Great restaurants nearby. Amazing staff throughout. Breakfast had everything and a lovely outdoor setting. Parking easy. Rooms are tired and dated but comfortable ap, clean, quiet and safe.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, with hot and cold options and every morning had fresh cappuccino and espressos! Train station was about a 7 to 10 minute walk, which made going to Sorrento a quick trip. Also took a train to Pompeii. Beautiful view from the roof top terrace of the sea and outdoor seating on the main level. Streets are very narrow and takes a bit to get used to walking on the narrow sidewalks but eventually it becomes easier.

Suspicious and clean room, friendly staff. Neighborhood is calm and better than Sorrento center but definitely walkable to Sorrento. There is a nice beach near hotel just 15 min on foot. I strongly recommend to everyone.

Salvatore and Alexa were friendly and very helpful., They both went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect., giving us directions to the bus stop, the best places to eat as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in (private double) had fantastic views. It felt safe in the area. The walk to the station was not that bad (even for someone carrying a 20kg backpack). A short walk and you were at some great waterfront restaurants. It was also located in a relatively quiet area of Sorrento (although outside of the main town). I would stay here again without hesitation. Much more affordable than the overpriced areas of Sorrento.

I was super impressed with this hotel. The staff, particularly Salvatore and Lina (hope i got that right) were phenomenal! I had so many questions and they were all answered in great detail. Service was absolutely exceptional! The bathroom / shower area was the best of any hotel I've visited in Italy. The hotel offers breakfast, a bar and lobby area, and outdoor patio. We were sad to leave this hotel. It also had easy access to train / Sorrento port.

An ideal location for exploring naples and its surroundings, right in the heart, on a lively pedestrian street, safety, close to everything, numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and interesting locations to visit. Close to ferry stations. We strolled around the city of Napoli using the metro to the central station of Napoli to transport the train to the pompey, herculaneum, and cameras. When we arrived, the studio apartment was pleasant, nice, spotless, and comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no way to use the lift, and it is likely you have to pay for it. The bathroom was uncomfortable, with shampoo and soap only for one day, the sink drain was blocked, so you had to keep closing the water to avoid flooding the bathroom, the same issue with a shower during a shower. The wifi connection was excellent. Cleanliness inside and outside. No reception, and when we arrived there, no one anticipated it despite having previously indicated the checkin time. We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed most of our time in and outside of naples. We enjoyed naples and didnt experience any negative aspects on this trip, neither did we feel threatened or unsafe. I thought some things could be easily improved. If you reserve this apartment, keep in mind that reception is in another location and gets information in advance. Despite these miscommunications and weaknesses, I would strongly recommend this studio apartment as the ideal

Lovely stay at Sisters. Excellent location, room, and breakfast. Free onsite parking. Short walk to the large sandy beach in Meta, just outside Sorrento. Short drive into town. Local bus service nearby. Had trouble locating the place and entering the parking lot, so plan ahead. It is a sharp turn into the lot and there is a gate. Call ahead to have the gate opened as the hotel is on a fairly narrow street and it is difficult to stop to ask for the gate to be opened. Also number says 12 vs 120 and sign says Sisters Hotel vs Hostel. A bit confusing for us when we arrived, but a lovely stay afterwards.
