First yime staying, but won't be our last. The staff was extremely helpful, and informative. The location is great and the parking isn't too far away. The room was even better than expected. This hotel is located in the heart of the old town with everything close by.

The flat was very clean, well appointed and quiet yet centrally located near old town, the train station & the ferries. Luigi was so helpful with the logistics of our stay which made everything easy and stess free. I would highly recommend this place for those who desire an Air B&B type place for a reasonable price and the grocery store is right across the street. However, it is not suitable to those who cannot handle 70 stairs to the third floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Sorrento Flats during our recent visit. It felt like home away from home! The location is fantastic and the place is easily accessible – thanks to Luigi's proactive WhatsApp how-to-reach instructions. The room was clean, cozy, air-conditioned, and well-maintained. The breakfast included a variety of continental and delicious Italian dessert options. Most importantly, Luigi and his family welcomed us with warmth and kindness, that I would never forget. I can't recommend Sorrento Flats enough for a top notch, homely, and personable experience.

Luigi is the most attentive and gracious host, helping to set up private drivers and providing suggestions for restaurants and things to do. He responds quickly and thoroughly to questions. He met us and brought us to our room, which was very bright, clean and comfortable,including an electric kettle and mini bar. The room overlooked the Main Street which was very busy, but we heard nothing through the sound-proof French doors. I love how bright is was but you can completely block out all light by closing the outside shutters. The beach and ferry port are within 10 min walk and there is a beach bag with beach towels in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, sights. Be sure to explore all of the little cobblestone streets off the Main Street. Luigi greeted us every morning via WhatsApp message to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Luigi - you are one in a million!

Great hotel but what separates Sorrento Flats is Luigi and his family. They make you feel at home right from the very moment you walk in. Breakfast was excellent and the cappuccino was one of the best of our entire trip. Thank you Luigi

Highly recommend this Hotel! Luigi and the staff were great! Very delicious breakfast, spacious room and bathroom, very convenient location for everything to see in Sorrento and not a single problem at all. Luigi and his friend helped us with our luggage to get to the port where we needed to take off to Naples and also helped us with our luggage getting to Sorrento. Will definitely be booking with this hotel when we come back to Sorrento!
