We couldn't have a better time at this hotel, we have a great pool to unwind at the end of the day, spotless accommodations, and warm employees. What a great hotel to return to after skiing! It was simple to use the equipment locker room, which was conveniently placed between the lift and the slopes. We have a 5-year-old daughter who is celiac and are concerned about the availability of gluten-free meals. The facility offered here was the best we've ever encountered, with a variety of dishes each night, and bespoke service when she discovered she didn't like her first choice.

nice hotel, good service and food, in a great location in front of the ski slopes and nice people. Italian and international specialties, delicious desserts, a bar where you can spend a beautiful evening playing cards and listening stories, a spa with pools for children and adults, several saunas, and a barrel of hot water outside. The sports hotel Victoria is a place to stay at Pass del Tonale. Next to the slopes, equipment rentals, and the ski pass office, it is equipped with every comfort. A spa with indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, saunas, hammers, relaxation areas, and massage centers. A big swimming pool and one for children, a bar, a restaurant with a wide range of high-quality menus, a shop selling typical goods, and a partnership with a revival selfservice restaurant with a terrace on the slopes. The friendliness is a strong point. A special thanks to Maitre Massimiliano and Mars Helena, our guardian angels. Recommended!.

All things considered, we will start with the negatives. Despite being a relatively modest ski resort, walking will definitely be helpful because the road can be quite busy. The hotel's pool is lovely, as is the receptionist and waitress named Elena, who is an extremely nice person, professional, welcoming, and beautiful. The receptionist should be present at the front desk to welcome visitors. But after a 12-hour journey from dublin with our three young children, our greeting was with a highlighter pen tracing the room numbers, followed by a walk to the lift to tell us we were on the second level. This was our first Italian encounter and we ski every year for a week. We used crystal ski, and this was one of their recommended hotels. We were contacted via email two emails, one of which never was answered, and the reply was that they would make every effort to take action based on our correspondence. We traveled to the second story and were so ecstatic that we had heard nothing from the hotel to be concerned about getting separated and trying to figure it out. What should we do? We stayed there. I was terrified, stunned, and depressed, and I quickly jumped up and asked his husband to stop yelling at me and shaking. Was there anything they could do? That was our last impression. I was very relieved to get away from this accommodation.
