Excelente ubicación!. Me preocupaba un poco que no tenía service desk 24hrs; sin embargo la comunicación y atención de parte del gestor fue la justa y necesaria. El edificio es una reliquia recordar que Roma es una ciudad muy antigua así que se pueden apreciar esos detalles. La habitación estuvo bien. . Si llevas maletas pesadas informar al hotel para recibir ayuda en subirlas.

Amazing location with lots of shopping, restaurants and sites all within walking distance. Room was clean and a good size for our group of two. Bed was incredibly comfortable which is nice after long days of walking. The host was very good with communication and helped us get our luggage up the stairs upon arrival and then again upon departure. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was the best location in Rome!! Walk out right in the main square!! Staff was super helpful with check in and bringing bags up the steep stairs. Room was clean and had a cool view on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is prime, super walkable with taxi stand 1min down the street. Joseph and Alessandro were super prompt, accomodation and flexible, allowing us to store our luggages before check in and after check out. The room was super clean and has everything you need including a jacuzzi. The only negative is the tight staircase to get to the room so highly encourage not bringing a large check in bags. Would stay here again!

Amazing location, prefect for what we needed. The stairs are steep and there are a lot but typical for this area of Rome. The for locks were also a bit difficult, but staff was very helpful getting this figured out There is an adorable bar next door to the apartment and many eateries right next to it. Piazza Navona is a 2 minute walk with plenty of things to do!

This property totally met our needs. It’s a no frills, but clean and comfortable place to sleep in an area that gives you easy access to all the ancient and wondrous sights of Rome. Beware of the very steep spiral staircase that you’ll need to climb and descend. We were fine, but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with any mobility issues. The property is right on a beautiful little piazza. It’s a bit noisy at night, but the vibe was great. Staff were helpful and communicative. We had everything we needed.

If you’re looking for an authentic place to stay this property has it. It’s centrally located near all of the Rome tourist sites. Roughly 20 minutes walking to everything in every direction. The place is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. For a building being as old as it is you wouldn’t know other than it missing an elevator like every other building like it. I would highly recommend staying here. The car service they refer you to is great as well.

Great location easy access to restaurants and shops right downstairs. The team arranging for our stay were helpful. However, because there were several different people contacting us, we were initially confused by the infomation provided regarding pickup at airport and ability to drop off our bags early. The airport pickup went well. With our bag drop, we received conflicting information and our last communication told us to use a Bounce location to drop bags. We would suggest if the team members could identify themselves in communications and their role in the accomodations to avoid confusion. It turned out that we could have dropped our bags at the room early and could have avoided using Bounce. That being, said, the team was very helpful and we would stay there again.

Location is right on Piazza Pasquino am is the absolute best in Rome being central to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Forum, Colosseum and a short walk to the Pantheon. Restaurants steps from the door with a vibrant night life… Marlon was an our attendant and was informed, friendly and absolutely supportive of every request, need, and assistance. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend for friends looking for all the above on a budget experience…

Fantastic location for walking about the streets for shopping or food - there’s plenty around. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Marlon was very friendly and helpful, and very kindly assisted us in getting our suitcases up the narrow spiral staircase. One thing to note is the walls are VERY thin. We could fully hear the conversation the guests in the next room were having. Our room looked out over the square below so the music was quite loud in the evening as well, but we didn’t mind.

Room was clean and freshly remodeled. Marlon was an amazing host meeting us to store our bags due to early arrival. He was very friendly and helpful on arranging transportation to the airport for us the following morning. The location was great, with plenty of nearby shops and attractions.

LOCATION!!! StarHome Novana is located, as the name suggests, STEPS from Piazza Novana. But better than that, it’s SO CENTRAL. It’s a €15 can ride to and from Roma Termini and only takes 20 minutes (and only because of traffic…because Rome). Even more betterer than that, YOU CAN WALK EVERYWHERE FROM HERE with a maximum time of 30 minutes. Colosseum/Roman Forum: 25 minutes Trevi fountain: 11 minutes Pantheon: 6 minutes Vatican: 30 minutes Should I keep going? Ok, I will. Jewish Ghetto: 15 minutes Spanish Steps: 15 minutes Piazza Novana: NONE minutes And that’s walking. Cabs in Rome are not expensive, so take a stinkin’ cab if you have to. Okay, next item in the “location” category is how freaking cool getting up to the room is. You will basically feel like you’re better than everyone else, because there is an unassuming green door basically inside the outdoor seating area of a restaurant, and that is your door. You get to smirk at the lowly peasants in the street as you open your special door and enter a long hallway lit with contemporary sconces which lead you to a marble spiral staircase. You’re basically Robert Langdon from “The Da’Vinci Code” at this point. While I do admit that the stairs are exhausting, it is worth the climb to the 3rd floor and the entrance to the hotel.
