Probably the nicest stay we had in a month in Europe. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. The selection of cakes and pastries was incredible. There were eggs and meats as well. The building felt safe. The restaurant next door was amazing. My only issue was that Travelocity said the property had laundry facilities and it does not so we had to walk to a self service laundromat.

Location is great, close to metro, ferry terminal and good restaurants. Breakfast starts at 0730 but the staff will accommodate you if you have to to leave earlier to catch your tour. Special thanks to Dylan and his crew who assisted me in making international calls.

The owner was very kind and waited for us to check in even though we were 4–5 hours late due to train delays. Her family also helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. The location is great — close to the metro — and the property itself is nice. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, so we ended up using the pull-out sofa, which was only slightly better. There was also a strange smell in the hallway. Better pillows, linens, and a more comfortable bed would really improve the experience. Overall, a good place to stay with friendly hosts and great location — it just needs some updates to make it more comfortable.

Close to city centre within walking distance. Lift to 1st floor only. Street are noisy with constant honking. Toilet is small. Staff are friendly with morning breakfast included.

Naples est une ville vivante et intéressante à visiter. Les Napolitains sont en général accueillants et sympathiques ils n'ont que très peu de considération pour la propreté des rues et pour l'écologie. Hôtel est dans une rue très bruyante, laisser la fenêtre fermée pendant la nuit. Attention attaque de moustiques ! Se promener le soir dans ses. Rues du l'ancien quartier historique est super sympa... Bien sur en dégustant pizza et gelati
