Please be sure to contact the hotel online prior to arrival, submit your personal identification information, and obtain your key and access code. Additionally, it is recommended that you check in after 15:00, as the housekeeping staff will be cleaning the rooms. The hotel matches the photos exactly, it is extremely clean and very comfortable.

This place is acc PEAKK!! The location is also very helpful to get litch anywhere and it’s also very accessible. The room is so neat (the mirror is a WIN!) everything was Okayy!! Defo gna book again:)

Comunicazione non era ottima… non avevo i codici d’accesso… check out troppo presto alle 10:00 ma dopo richiesta mi hanno accordato un check out un ora più tardi… grazie per questo. La camera non era pulitissima… capelli un po’ ovunque… per il resto tutto in ordine!

The room condition is as expected as it looked the same as picture. But the staff attitude is terrible and unfriendly. Despite the good location, I will not choose this property again given the very awful experience with the staff.

J'ai énormément eu du mal à avoir le bon lien pour régler la taxe de séjour avant mon arrivée. Pas d'eau chaude le matin. Aucun insonorisation on entend même le bruit du train et tout ça pour 170€! Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The property is located in the city center, which is very convenient. The room included a bottle of water and a coffee capsule for each guest, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The check-in process was extremely difficult. The link provided by the property could not be opened or copied properly, and I had to use AI tools to obtain working links and complete the check-in. The property was also unresponsive via email, and the phone number provided was not active. We booked this property mainly for the advertised view, but it was very disappointing. In addition, the church shown in the photos was under renovation, and the pictures seem to be significantly enhanced compared to reality. The room was not clean. We found a long black hair on the bed, which was quite unpleasant. The water pressure was very low, and hot water only started after about five minutes of waiting. Even then, it lasted only a few minutes, forcing me to finish my shower with cold water. There were many ants in the bathroom, and the flower pots on the balcony appeared neglected, with dead plants that had likely been there for a long time. Overall, the property did not feel cozy or comfortable, and it did not meet our expectations.

By chat to a woman named Lele, you were supposed to have canceled San Lorenzo and instead canceled my new reservation at Garibaldi Palace that I'd just made because no one was there to let me in at San Lorenzo. After a long walk dragging my suitcase, there was only a canceled reservation at Garibaldi. Terrible
