The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that we had heavy luggage which made the entrance slightly difficult to manage. This was a great hotel!

It’s in a not so busy part of town and still a short distance from the train station. Our room on the ground floor was clean and had everything we needed for a two-night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

We love the location of this hotel. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Loved looking out and watching the people walk by and of course, the gondolas and other small motor boats heading either way on the canal that the hotel sits on. Right outside of the hotel sits a coffee, bakery shop. They have wonderful things to eat throughout the day. From the hotel to San Marco Square it’s a very easy walk through the street of Venice. There are other dining establishments very near to the hotel. I would recommend this Hotel.

Delightfully located in the Cannaregio district. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and maintained the property well. Only a few minutes walk to the vaporetto and easy access to shopping and sight-seeing. The campo is quiet and the little bridge to the property added to the feeling of seclusion. I highly recommend this property.

What a great find! The location is amazing, just enough away from the crazy crowds but in the middle of it all. The hotel is small and has its own bridge to get into the entrance. It’s super cute! We stayed in the family room and it worked great with 3 beds for our family of 4. The unit has 2 air conditioners and they were working perfectly. I would highly recommend it and would come back to stay here.

We had a fabulous day only thing that was unique was the fact that we had to physically call on the phone to be let in because no one was in the lobby but once we got a hold of them, it was fine. We waited for about 15 minutes, but the weather was beautiful, but if it was a bad day for Weather, this probably would not have been as ideal.

Hotel is in a great location! The small bridge leading to the hotel is the spot for many people to take photos! While there is no staffed reception, Matteo was very prompt in replying to any questions! We also let him know that we would be arriving around noon and would like to leave our luggage until check-in time. He said no problem and, not only was he waiting for us to arrive and greeted us warmly and informed us that our room was ready!! We would definitely stay there again!

Rooms very clean and were maintained during our stay. Upon arrival following instructions from the hotel we given access to the lobby and waited for a member of staff to show us to our room, super friendly and very informative, very responsive to requests via WhatsApp. The main room was very spacious, bed huge and for me super comfy, room off ours for our two teenagers with two single beds. WiFi wasn’t always the best but I wouldn’t mark down our stay because of it. Fridge in our room with 4 bottles of water as a welcome. Please note that in the hotel description there is n
