We drove from South of Italy and arrived before 8 pm. The reception desk lady was efficient and quickly provided the info for the gas station across the hotel, the dinner menu that we requested to our room. The gnocchi was delicious. Perfect stop before leaving Napoli

We stayed one night to catch an early flight the next morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early. The restaurant they recommended was excellent. The room could be better lit. My wife and I are seniors and need bright lights! The area around the hotel had some trash but it was a short walk to the restaurant and there was a brand new supermarket across the road.

Very good hotel. Great price. Clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Free parking. Only 10mins drive from the airport. Great pizzeria opposite. The only reason for 3 stars was the road noise. Our room was at the front, next to a busy road. We couldn’t sleep. There’s not enough sound proofing. Maybe rooms at the back are quieter.

If I was doing it again I would not stay here. It was a huge hassle to get a cab to take us there (even though it’s supposedly 2 miles from the airport - and as a result charged double the meter to get there). and to get a ride for a 10 minute trip to the airport the next morning (the driver who showed up demanded $45 euro for a 3 mile drive that took 10 minutes) so anything you save on the booking you lose on cab fare. Really inconvenient and nothing really nice around the hotel.

Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo, però, la camera non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La TV non funzionava (probabilmente per un problema alla ciabatta elettrica), il lavello era parzialmente otturato e l’acqua defluiva con difficoltà. Inoltre, la stanza risultava fredda: nonostante il display indicasse 21 gradi, non era possibile regolare la temperatura autonomamente. Ho contattato la reception per chiedere un aumento del riscaldamento, ma la situazione non è migliorata nemmeno la mattina seguente. Nel complesso mi aspettavo di più da un hotel a 4 stelle. In compenso, la colazione era molto buona e offriva un’ampia scelta.

Serious air quality issues While the staff at this hotel were friendly and the breakfast was decent, I cannot recommend staying here due to severe air quality and health concerns. I was originally assigned a room with an overwhelming, perfume-like fragrance. As an asthmatic, this room was completely unusable; I began experiencing respiratory symptoms within a minute of entering. To their credit, the staff kindly moved me to a larger room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the second room had even more serious issues. While the air in the main room was better, the bathroom was clearly affected by severe mold damage. The smell and the physical sensation in my lungs were so intense that I had to hold my breath just to use the toilet. Upon closer inspection, the air intake vent in the bathroom was blocked, and the exhaust fan did not run continuously. Despite the staff being polite and acknowledging the room changes, no compensation was offered for the significant distress and health risks caused by these conditions. If you are sensitive to smells, have ever suffered from respiratory issues, or simply wish to avoid the risk of mold exposure, I strongly advise staying elsewhere.
