Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura per una notte. Che dire: camera molto grande e provvista di tutti i confort; ambiente suggestivo e curato nei particolari; pulizia ai massimi livelli; wifi gratuito con tablet a disposizione; letto a baldacchino meraviglioso; macchina del caffè a cialde in camera; colazione ricchissima, varia e abbondante con la presenza di alimenti per celiaci e per le varie intolleranze; nella struttura è presente anche un'area relax molto bella. Nota di merito per lo staff: cordialità e gentilezza ai massimi livelli; il signor Roberto ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Sicuramente avrò dimenticato qualcosa ma un b&b di questo livello non avevo avuto ancora il piacere di sperimentarlo. Appena ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente. Grazie ancora di tutto, è stato un piacere e un onore soggiornare in questa fantastica struttura!

posizione del B&B sufficientemente lontana da Tarquinia Lido e da Tarquinia centro per evitare rumori e confusione.disponibilità di terrazzo. accoglienza ottima. Wifi buono. Soluzione per la colazione innovativa: disponibilità in camera e nei locali comuni di tutto il necessario (cibo, frgio, macchine per il caffè) per una colazione molto variata e abbondante. bagno (purtroppo) un po' angusto

Bed and breakfast molto confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato l'accoglienza cordiale da parte della Signora Miria, molto simpatica e cortese. La struttura è ben curata e accogliente, il letto comodo e la stanza molto pulita. In camera c'è un frigo con delle bibite e una macchina del caffè con cialde di ogni tipo. La colazione veramente molto varia. Zona tranquilla e spazio esterno sufficiente per parcheggiare comodamente l'auto. Infine è a due passi dall'Aurelia. Quindi sosta e si riparte. Se passo di nuovo da quelle parti torno di certo

Ho soggiornato per un breve periodo, ho trovato la struttura in ottime condizioni, il proprietario molto disponibile, camere ben curate, pulite e con ogni comfort; colazione abbondante e zona veramente tranquilla dove regna la serenità !

Accueil sans souci et précis. Sur place tout est bien organisé avec quatre clés remises de couleurs différentes correspondant à 4 serrures différentes. Chambre petite mais suffisante pour juste dormir. Salle de bain bien aussi. Dans l'entrée, il y a possibilité de prendre une capsule de café pour 1 €. On peut aller dans le centre ancien de tarquinia 15) 20 minutes à pied. Par contre, il y a des bruits de canalisation et l'eau remontait dans le lavabo de ma chambre !

Trascorsa una sola notte (la nostra stanza era la numero 1) per una breve vacanza in zona (Tarquinia, Tuscania, Vulci). Tutto perfetto, a cominciare dall'accoglienza e dalla disponibilità del titolare. E' senz'altro una struttura molto "particolare" - ma nel senso buono del termine - e di certo la si ricorda per le sue particolarità; la colazione a buffet è strutturata in modo anomalo, sfruttando il poco spazio presente, ma risulta completa e gradevole. La definizione che mi viene in mente per questo B&B è qualcosa di molto vicino al "piacevolmente bizzarro"! Tenetelo in considerazione, è una buona soluzione per il suo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Piccolo, confortevole, tranquillo. Pulito, in ordine, confortevole. E con i proprietari (madre e figlio) accoglienti disponibili e simpatici. Per la colazione torte fatte in casa! Infine, cosa che non guasta, è pure economico. Unico neo: non è ne in centro storico ne al mare, ma a somme fatte per fare turismo culturale nella bassa Tuscia è ottimo

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in quattro con due bambine, ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi la cortesia con cui siamo stati accolti, la pulizia della stanza, compresi alcuni particolari della stessa (il letto a baldacchino o il colore dell'acqua del rubinetto) e soprattutto la colazione con ogni cosa si potesse desiderare. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo !

Yo reserve porque decía gratis taxi a 2 km y a la estación del tren ,me contacte con el hotel no me ayudó a poder llamar al taxi solo tenía WhatsApp y el taxi era llamar, tuve que pedir ayuda el taxi 20 Euros siendo que dice gratis a la estación del tren y a 2 kilómetros,las fotos que aparecen para nada Esta todo diferente a las fotos la zona de ejercicio y de estar Relax cerrada y totalmente deteriorada, cuando llegas NO HAY MANERA DE TOMAR TAXI Y SI NO TIENES UN TEL EUROPEO COMO LLAMAS? YO ME CONTACTE CON ANTEORIORIDAD AL HOTEL Y SOLO ME DIO UN TEL QUE NO TIENE WHATSAPP NL PODIA COMUNICARME MD TUVO QUE AYUDAR A LLAMAR LA PERSONA DE OTRO HOTEL

Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away.

Scopro dopo aver pagato che arrivare fuori dal check in costa 45 euro. E che arrivando eventualmente tardi (dopo mezzanotte) anche per cause non prevedibili (traffico) non si ha accesso e si perdono i soldi. Il tutto spiegato con arroganza e maleducazione al telefono-dopo aver pagato. La struttura promette accessibilità in sedia a rotelle. C’è una rampa di scale da fare. E’ dunque comodamente accessibile per sedie a rotelle volanti. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, cominciamo dal nome: il posto non ha nulla che ricordi neanche lontanamente il lusso. Le stelle del logo sono disegni. Nella descrizione su Hotels.com si lascia intendere che c’è il parcheggio in struttura: non c’è, la macchina va messa su strada pubblica. Si parla di tablet in camera: senza batteria, inutilizzabile. Nessuna traccia del pc dichiarato in camera. La “Suite Presidenziale” non ha niente di Suite, niente di presidenziale, è una semplice stanza con arredamento vecchio e odoroso (costo 103 euro). Viene spacciato per bidet un tubo di gomma da utilizzare non si sa come. Di fatto, non c’è il bidet. Promette 10% di sconto presso ristoranti “convenzionati”: alla fine dopo insistenze ottengo il 5%. Ridicolo l’accenno al golf (nessuna traccia). Sembra fatto apposta per attirare gli allocchi. Eccomi qua, io ci sono cascato, complimenti al titolare, tra l’altro molto maleducato e arrogante.

Stayed April 21, 22 and left on 23rd, 2019. There is no dining room or common area (except the outside) to eat your breakfast or to lounge on a rainy day. The brunch display is in the hallway and you must go back to your room to eat. Customer service is less than desirable. The owner had told me by email to make my own taxi arrangements - which I did. The day I was leaving, the owner told me he had called for a taxi to pick me up at 10:15 a.m. I had made my arrangements for 11:00 a.m. (cruise ship terminal was opening at 11:00 a.m.). Told me I must get out of room for 10:15 a.m. and that it was not his problem. It was cold, raining and this B and B has no common area to wait in. We argued.....he let me stay in his office. The confrontation with someone who does not speak good English raised my anxiety level - I am over 65 years old and travelling alone. NOT RECOMMENDED.
