What a pleasant surprise with the Cross Hotel! The place was much better than we were anticipating, and located in a very good neighborhood, close to restaurantes and bar. Breakfasts was very good, especially considering the low cost.

all good. steps up to reception hard if u have heavy luggage. would have been good to have had a water fountain. everyone helpful. internal restaurant so-so. don’t get the shriveled supposed sea bass. it’s not good. i complained. they dropped cost. breakfast buffet good . easy to get cabs to/from. not much to see re walking around. i’d stay again for sure .

Delightful Boutique Hotel group (walkable and safe) with several other sister-options throughout the city. I had a delicious meal at Masa, a restaurant in their other hotel called The Major with a rooftop view of the Basilica. Everyone was so helpful and the food at the Cross Hotel was simple but fresh, delicious and affordable. I didn't do the breakfast buffet option but it looked good and again, very reasonable at 10E. Impeccable service and cleanliness. I would stay there again, when in Rome. ;)

The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future.

The front desk was excellent! They tried to accommodate me and my daughter upon arrival; offered recommendations and were very attentive to my request. The Hotel is quaint, with a nice garden bar.

Agustina, Roberto and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the continental breakfast was reasonably priced. Whenever we required assistance the hotel staff was quick to solve our problems. I will definitely recommend the hotel cross to my friends and family.

Room was clean and tidy everyday. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast menu should be refreshed every now ad then. Nice to have - coffee at the lobby / reception area (currently N/A)
