There are actually five rooms in one level. Very clean nicely and recently renovated. Specious units with nice entrance and a balcony overlooking the Garibaldi Square. Very kind staff ready to welcome and help you with in and out. The place is on 4 th floor of a residential building within walking distance to central train station. There are many restaurants with reasonable prices nearby. There is good and generous continental cold breakfasts. Highly recommend it and will stay again if I visit the town.

The Five Rooms was a great stay. We were there for one night and I thought it was very thoughtful for Alfredo to provide direct contact information in case we needed anything during our stay. We were very tired travellers so we mostly hunkered down in our room which was clean, bright and spacious. Having access to the fridge in the lobby for all kinds of drinks whether it be water, pop, wine, beer or others was extremely helpful so we didn’t have to really go anywhere was such a great addition. I really appreciated being able to store my luggage here for the day after checkout and being able to come and go on my own schedule. This is more of a b&b type stay so if you are looking for a full blown hotel experience then it might not be for you, but it was just perfect for what I was looking for. Thanks again!

The location was really good, close to the train station and bus stop. The building was very secure and safe but the area was not the safest with consent police presence. The host recommended a really good restaurant that was a 5 minute walk and the food was very excellent - Da Donata.

Still a very excellent place to stay with the friendly service. And the terrace is such a bonus with view over Piazza Garibaldi.

This 5 room boutique hotel was a block away from the train station and surrounded by restaurants. The property itself was very comfortable. We would recommend this property if you are looking for an intimate location.

This hotel was an excellent stay and definitely deserves five stars! The location was incredibly convenient to the airport, which made traveling so much easier and stress-free. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing before our flight. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

Five rooms is located on the 4th floor of a 200 years old building. There is an lift but you need a 10 cents euro to activate it. Make sure you've got one. After the first trip, the hotel provides the coins. The place is modern, clean and it has been done keeping an eye on the details.
