Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au centre historique de Sienne. L’accueil a été tout simplement incroyable. Felizia mérite une mention spéciale : gracieuse, serviable et d’une efficacité impressionnante. Elle a monté ma valise jusqu’au 4ᵉ étage (sans ascenseur), et a même pris l’initiative d’aller au supermarché pour m’acheter des produits sans gluten et sans lactose, qu’elle a déposés discrètement dans la chambre. Une attention rare et profondément appréciée. La communication via WhatsApp est très pratique : Felizia répond rapidement et avec une grande gentillesse. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement parfait, et il est possible d’accéder en voiture pour déposer les valises sans risquer d’amende (la structure a un arrangement avec la ville pour la zone ZTL). La chambre était très propre, le lit confortable, et l’ensemble du séjour a été d’un grand confort. Un établissement que je recommande vivement, tant pour la qualité de l’accueil que pour la localisation exceptionnelle.

This was a fabulous hotel - I would recommend it to anybody. Sara, Marco and the other staff were lovely and welcoming. They had fantastic suggestions for things to do in Sienna and for my onward trip to Florence. I'll certainly being staying here again.

Very pleasant experience! The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me. The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. There was a safe in the room, very easy to use, big comfortable bed, a The air conditioner was of good quality and worked well. There are two windows, with light and dark curtains, so you could make the room completely dark if you like or just less bright. The room was quite Most of the time it was quite outside The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there was a smal kitchen and a sitting area where you can sit and eat. There eas a coffie machine there to use, a kettle, coffee, tea, juices, bottled water, milk - all free to use at all time! In the morning, there were cornflakes and a few pastries too, also free of charge. Glasses, a few plates and bowls were available to use too. The only thing the cost money, if you choose to use it, are a few bottles of wine.

Great property in the middle of Siena. Room was beautiful, great shower, comfortable bed and we were on the top floor so a beautiful view. Great staff, Sara and Adele were very welcoming and super helpful. No elevators and a steep stairwell (fine for us but just be prepared to climb stairs). Would definitely stay again.

Em fevereiro de 2025 estive pela segunda vez no Torre de Fuggisole, e pude constatar que a excelência do hotel se mantém. O hotel é bem localizado, a uns 500 metros da Piazza del Campo, e está situado numa torre muito antiga que foi totalmente reformada. Quartos modernos, confortáveis e extremamente limpos. Não é facil encontrar hotel parecido na Itália, principalmente na região da Toscana. E o melhor: o atendimento simpático e acolhedor da proprietária Sara e seu staff. Recomendo muito, inclusive como base/QG pra quem está viajando entre o Chianti e Val D'Orcia.

Amazing historic hotel within the city which has been modernised in a wonderful way. Very warm welcome by the owner who could not have been more helpful. Views over the Tuscan hills are an amazing site to wake up to.

We only spent one night here, but wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They suggested a restaurant for dinner and kindly made the reservation. It was one of the best dinners of our lives! The grounds are lovely.
