We loved the staff, Giselle, Marco and Massimilo. They were very helpful and very hospitable. Everyday breakfast was serviced on point and very delicious and the cappuccino and cafe Americano was perfect. Love the housekeeping crew. At times they made you the bed with a special touch. We definitely will recommend it with five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Prior to my arrival the staff were in contact with me to coordinate a smooth arrival and check in. Upon arriving, Giselle met me at the property and assisted me with not only getting familiar to the area but also transportation and recommendations. The staff were super responsive to requests and questions and were available at anytime of the day or evening. The property is centrally located to the train station and bus stops and it was in a safe neighborhood. The staff also maintained the rooms nicely and accommodated my every need. Bravo!

This guest room was basic and clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary in-room breakfast was a nice touch: croissants, warm panini, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. It was more than we could eat. The location is great - a 10 minute walk from Trastevere train station, and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which is about a 15-20 minute ride to everything we wanted to see in Roma. There are several cafes, restaurants, and shops just downstairs. Checking in was confusing and frustrating even though we arrived during “office hours.” However the host was available by phone right away, and was very helpful. Hopefully the host will provide a better experience on this soon. In case he doesn’t and you arrive during the day, here’s what you do: Enter the building and walk to the right in the hallway. Take the lift or stairs up one floor (from ground floor to the first floor). Then the office is in front of you. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Staff were absolutely brilliant very attentive and extremely willing to assist couldn’t be more impressed. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning and consisted of a hot drink(s), yoghurt, fruit juice, pastry and sandwich/ toastie. Only slight negative was that the room was one floor above street level and was at times noisy with traffic and people.

Great find at a reasonable price. We arrived after 7 pm so no staff at desk but the directions were very clear and the room was lovely and spotless. Breakfast served to room by very cheerful staff, and we ate on balcony. Not in central Rome but if you're OK with this interesting Trastevere area, I'd recommend.

Séjour parfait! Personnel adorable et disponible, chambre magnifique et bien équipée, literie très confortable. Propreté irréprochable! De plus, le logement est idéalement situé: juste à côté du tram qui dessert le centre ville en 15 min et 5 min à pieds de la gare de Trastevere (en lien avec l’aéroport et le Vatican). Hâte de revenir!

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Helena, que nos deu muitas dicas de restaurantes proximos e como chegar aos pontos turísticos. Hotel de fácil acesso tanto para quem chega do aeroporto e quem sai de trem, mas sem a lotação dos pontos turísticos. No mais, um quarto grande, com limpeza e conforto impecáveis.
