It was an excellent hotel. Bathroom was fantastic and the air-conditioning as well. Close to St Peter's Square. Love the lights in the bathroom shower too. Safe in room. If we are blessed to visit again, we'd stay there.

Upon booking we weren’t sure of what all would be in our area besides Vatican City, of course! It was a nice area with plenty restaurants options, souvenir shops and even McDonald’s lol. The staff were extremely helpful, our flight was delayed and we went past check in time but staff were still there to greet us and allow us to purchase an adapter, overall the experience was great!

This guesthouse is in an old stone building, with beautifully renovated & well equipped rooms. It was a 2 -3 minute walk to the Vatican, and 30 - 40 min walk to all of the key attractions. The location is definitely a 10/10! The staff was always available, and the breakfast was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was really helpful and friendly; they assisted us with scheduling our transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. They were approachable when we asked for advice on how to get around the city. Our room was clean; hotel is walking distance to St. Peter’s Basilica. Overall, we had a great stay.

The staff at this hotel was way overboard on being helpful. The room was very clean. Property was in a very good location. I would definitely give it a 10.

For our purposes of traveling being next to the Vatican was ideal as it put a number of our travel stops within a few minutes of walking. From an American stand point the entrances to all of the hotels/accomodations are very much just standard doorways, so they can be "hidden". We felt very safe. The area pretty much shuts down after 7 pm, so the street was quiet. The room was very comfortable, and air-condtioned. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a nice balcony that we could sit on at the end of the day with snacks and a drink. We took advantage of the corner mart next door to grab some fresh fruit and coffee to start the morning with. There are shops and resturants all around if you want, but they tended to be a little touristy. I would recommend looking for the hidden gems on the side streets that the locals will use.

Great hotel, good location to catch cabs or any option to get around the town is right on this road.

The place was close to everything we want to see. The only thing that bothered me was the hot tub and the safe, they need to have directions on how to run the hot tub and how to reset the safe. They did help me with both issues but was only able to resolve the reset of the safe, we could not figure out how to control the hot and cold water on the hot tub so we had to pass on using it. I am not going to give a bad review on those issues because they were so great on everything else.
