This hotel is old and has a bit of unreliable infrastructure. Very far from everything, only like a Chinese restaurant with nothing but frozen food in it and a bar across the street. Dinner is not great. Mostly pasta or roasted chicken. Breakfast is good. Not so many options but good when you are hungry in the morning. It's very lonely at night. Doesn't feel safe. Regular experience.

The rooms are clean and comfortable to stay in for a night. The bed size is too small and it sounds too small too. The lift is too small anyway and the restaurant is nice.

I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My trip to Italy was in the middle of June 2019. I only stayed here for one night since I was on a tour through Venice with a tour company. Hotel room decorations were old. They only had maybe one or two plugs in the room. There was a huge gap from the bottom to the floor in the bathroom door. The staff put a blanket over the vending machine so you could not buy anything. I had to buy water from the bar, which was 2 euros per person! I could not even find the person working behind the bar for 1015 minutes. It was so hot and my kids were dying of thirst. Magically it was gone in the morning when everyone was departing. The next morning, we were red and itching. We received bed bugs all over the place. I can only say three good things about this hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel staff helped me get directions for the bus to the Venice railway station in the morning, saving me so much money by not taking a taxi. The bus stop is only a few feet down and will take you into Venice for a water taxi or the train.
