It's tucked away down an alley right next to the train station. It's a perfect jumping off point for the rest of Venice. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, helpful staff. And breakfast was included amd they had options for everyone. I would stay here again when I come back to Venice.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent with lots of excellent restaurants and shops near by. Very close to the train and bus stations and walkable to all the attractions. We would recommend.

The property is very close to the train station so it is convenient if you are arriving by train with luggage and the bus station isn’t too far either. Breakfast was great. The only thing we couldn’t get was an iron which we found out no hotels are allowed to have them. Other than that, I’m glad we booked this location.

The staff member, Lida? was her name I think. She is a lovely blonde girl who spoke great english and was so helpful with check in, directions, breakfast, holding our luggage and getting us to the airport by water taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really terrific with lots of healthy options. The shampoo was a weird combo thing, so bring your own. The TV was only in Italian and it worked beautifully. Air conditioning was terrific.

Excellent for a short stay in Venice. The best attribute was that it is in the same side of the Grand Canale to the train and bus stations avoiding carrying heavy luggage across the bridge. The property is well renovated and the rooms are reasonably spacious. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel in a perfect location close to the train station. Room was spotlessly clean and air conditioning cooled the room nicely without being too loud. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Not a negative but worth noting that due to the breakfast room being quite small and depending on how busy the hotel is, you may need to choose your preferred breakfast time.

My favorite part was the customer service. The hotel team very always there and available for questions in a very welcoming and happy to help fashion. It’s the little things that count.

Great location right next to the station and Ferovia Vaporetta stop - nice hotel, room small but ok, good air con and very nice bathroom. Breakfast was decent also.
