The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She helped us carry our luggage up the stairs and let us store our luggage during the day before we had to leave in the afternoon. Room was clean and quiet. No complaints, can’t wait to come back and stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful! Host and Histess were amazing. Great location. Located on one of the main canals and there was a public water taxi station right outside the property. Very convenient! Close to train station. Overall wonderful stay! For English speaking visitors, this is one of the only places we stayed that had a tv set up for streaming services.

Warm and attentive hosts, super clean rooms, top notch view, perfect location - quiet, easy transit, great food. The San Marco room offered two twin beds and a queen so we all got great sleep. These buildings are older but this one is beautifully maintained. There's always a bit of noise to be expected in these spots but that has nothing to do with the hotel, more the nature of the city and age of the building. Consider ear plugs but otherwise, it's perfect. We were do happy with the experience and the value. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend. 10 min walk from train station. Spacious room for a family of 4, pretty canal view. Was able to checkin by 11 am and property accommodated my luggage after checkout. Local food on the same street was excellent. Overall great experience.

This was our third time staying in Venezia Friends Canal View. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Best area to stay in Venezia closer to the locals and within walking distance to tourists spots. Jennifer and Claudio the best hosts !

Wonderful stay! The hotel is stunning inside, the spiral staircase is truly a work of art. Our room was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. We never heard any other guests, but we do know there was people there…so very quiet! It’s a prime location for the water bus Tre Archi stop (maybe 20 steps to the front door). It was great not having to haul our luggage through the confusion streets of Venice! Tre Archi takes you right to Venezia Santa Lucia train station for easy arrival and departure from Venice. We stayed two nights and are truly in awe of how incredible Venice is. Our canal view room at this incredible hotel made our trip perfect!

Front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is charming and in a very convenient location. Easy to get to main areas, but not noisy. The canal view is gorgeous. Rooms were spacious and very clean. A wonderful experience!

Right on the canal. Close to some great food options. East walk to shops. Close to the airport ferry. One note: since it is close to the ferry station, there is boat noise, at least on the ground floor. But its to be expected. Would highly recommend and definitely go back!

This was a fantastic option to stay in Venice. Close to local restaurants and loads of access to Venice. Our host was lovely and accommodating, made us feel at home. The room was spacious and clean too. Would stay again!

There is no elevator in the building, so plan on bringing your luggage up yourself. The room was quite clean and the condition was comfortable. The bathroom had the proper cleaning products and is well maintained. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. It's more than 500 meters walk from the station, but the view is worth it.

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was cleaned and we even had some candies to welcome us. The location is peaceful, there are good restaurants nearby. Managers are friendly. I came for business travel but I want to bring family too!
