The owner Giorgio so amazing! We have been well taken care. Giorgio gave us warm welcome on the day of checking in and gave great recommendation of what to do nearby. Giorgio helped us with early checkin as well. The breakfast was awesome. Giorgio offered hand-made pastry and cooked fresh egg and espresso. He was very detailed and helped us a lot. Definitely would love to come back!

This hotel made my very first trip to Rome even more memorable. It was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and every breakfast felt like a home-cooked meal. They were also very flexible and took care of any issues immediately, making our stay completely stress-free. If I ever come back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. I’ll also be recommending this hotel to all of my friends. Thank you for making our first Rome experience so special! 🇮🇹❤️

The staff were the best. Very helpful and nice. The room was large and clean. Nice, safe location. Near a bus stop if you wanted to go to the tourist areas or about a 30 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

This is the absolute BEST place to stay in Rome! It is in a super safe and nice location. We walked to some things and took a taxi to others. I also loved that it has air conditioning! Most places in Rome do not and after a day out in the heat, it was always nice coming back to the hotel and enjoying the cool. The hotel only has 7 rooms, but that made our experience so much more personal. The price was good, the room was good but the best thing about Via Veneto is its owner, Giorgio. We absolutely loved hanging out with him and chatting every morning for breakfast. He and his staff were so kind and made us eggs and coffee and fresh OJ. Giorgio speaks English very well and helped me with my Italian. :) We even enjoyed chatting with the other guests at breakfast and learning where they were from. Giorgio was always helpful and recommended great restaurants and gelato places. I felt like he became our friend during this trip and staying at Via Veneto was like visiting Italy and staying with family. We went with another couple and we all agreed that we could not have stayed at a more perfect place for our first visit to Rome! If you can, book immediately as this place is a true gem!!

The property is exceptionally well-maintained and centrally located, close to major tourist attractions. The owner is on-site and readily available to assist with any concerns or questions. Breakfast features a variety of fresh pastries, yogurts, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and other high-quality items. Overall, this property is an excellent choice for accommodation.

Would really recommend this gorgeous hotel. Perfect location not far from shops, bars, restaurant, metro, park etc. The staff were very helpful especially Giorgio who always took his time to chat, give recommendations, offer drinks and make you feel very welcome.

Love this place. The owner is amazing, super personable and accommodating. Great conversationalist. His family owns a restaurant and he provided fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and water when we arrived. The facilities upstairs where the rooms are - very modern and clean. Nice area. I stayed here with my 23 year old daughter and 2 adult sisters. We had plenty of room. I would stay here again without hesitation. You do have to take a lift to get to the 5th floor or walk up to where the rooms are.

Tínhamos que fazer o check out de madrugada e eles fizeram questão de deixar frutas e o que quiséssemos. Com toda certeza voltaremos.

Customer service was a 10/10. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Rome. The cappuccinos were amazing, breakfast was great, and the rooms were always clean. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff gave us excellent recommendations for food, gelato, and drinks. Everything we tried was spot on. Highly recommend!

We loved this property! The room was very spacious as well as the luxury bathroom! The area was a bit more out of the way from the tourist areas which we absolutely loved being able to get away from the crowds! Just a short walk from the metro to easily get to all the highlights of Rome! The staff was very pleasant and helpful! We would recommend to anyone and 100% would stay there again!!!
