This place is an absolute gem. The views are stunning, the staff is so great, the food and wine are exactly what you need and the rooms are impeccable. If you’re looking to go out and party this isn’t your place but if you want a real treat away from the tourism, book it!

What a great view from the pool... Room was great but there was a utility pole in front of the room.. Excellent staff and restaurant. A short walk up and downhill from the car park but there was a golf buggy on call during the day. The walk is a small price to pay for the view

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful view, clean nice rooms and great food. Excellent breakfast. The staff were super helpful and so friendly. We were pleased with everything and would highly recommend everyone to stay here. We would absolutely come back.

Villa Clementina exceeded every expectation and was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The villa itself is absolutely impeccable—beautifully maintained, elegant, and set against the most breathtaking views of Lake Como. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. What made our stay even more memorable was the incredible staff. They were exceptionally warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We stayed for a week and honestly wished we could have stayed much longer. Villa Clementina is truly a dream destination, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

The property manager Richard truly went above and beyond with our accommodation. He’s very helpful, kind and pays great attention to detail, this was a nice boutique hotel overnight experience for our family. Thank you! Ps. The views are breathtaking!

A wonderful lil B&B with an excellent breakfast and lunch/dinner if you choose! My room was also excellent. Quaint boutique hotel where you did not feel like a tourist! Spectacular views of lake como right from your room!

Richard was AMAZING and is one of the reasons we would return. The property was beautiful, well kept and a great staff. Breakfast was top tier and the view breathtaking to say the least. My stay here was the highlight of our trip.

My partner and I spent a very special few days at Villa Clementina. From the moment we arrived, Richard and the team were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the Villa feel like a home away from home. The Villa sits in the perfect setting, with breathtaking views of the lake from all angles. The swimming pool, hot tub, herb garden and outdoor fitness area are all a lovely touch. We experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner at Villa and could not fault the service or food provided. Due to expensive taxis, we relied on the buses around the lake, but found these were easy to navigate, especially when scanning the qr codes at bus stops to get live updates of where the buses were. Overall, Villa Clementina is a very special place and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Clementina! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay special, including a nice birthday surprise for my sister. The location was great. It wasn't in the most popular tourist areas which we really liked because it was serene and quiet as compared to Bellagio or Tremezzo, and still just a ferry ride away from fun places (and the ferry station is incredibly close to the hotel). Also it's close to the Greenway too which makes for a great hike. The hotel has their own food, which was INCREDIBLE. honestly some of the best meals we had were in the intimate dining room of the villa. And I generally loved the small, boutique feel of the hotel where there weren't too many guests so you could really get to know the staff and other travelers. Felt so much nicer than a large chain hotel!

Lake Como is just a quiet serene place to find peace. I will say that Villa Clementina and the main host Richard make sure your stay in Lake Como is top notch. Let me start off by saying the villas kitchen is top. The food and the wine was excellent. The room was small but cozy and had beautiful views of Lake Como. Richard was the best host, he accommodated everything we needed and he educated us on the history of Lake Como. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than Villa Clemetina.

Quite simply, wonderful. Richard and the team couldn’t have been more polite and attentive. From Richard’s stories to the friendly service, the Villa Clementina is a fantastic place to unwind. Nestled part way up the hill in Colonno on the Western side of Lake Como, any spot commands amazing views of the lake. The food and service at their restaurant is amazing and the staff so friendly. The continental breakfast and the made-to-order items are incredible and the evening service cements this place as one of favourite restaurants in the area. They offer beautifully prepared food with a preference for local ingredients, some of which are grown on-site. The infinity pool is compact and beautiful but a little too chilly for our October stay. We drove from Linate, finding the reserved parking on the ground floor of the nearby multi-story easy to access and convenient. The only slight downside is the relatively infrequent ferry service from the Colonno pier, being a smaller town it’s just not as popular so not as well connected as other towns (although we were staying just outside peak season, which may have been a factor in the timetable). Plan around it though or take a car (or private boat tour) and it’s fine. Villa Carlotta just North up the coast and Belaggio an hour by ferry. Lovely place. We’ll definitely be back again.

Can't say enough GREAT things about this charming boutique hotel in Lake Como! From the moment we arrived til the moment we left, we had all we needed for a wonderful stay. The grounds were well tended to & beautifully landscaped. The food @ the on-site restaurant was exceptional (kudos to the chef!) as well as the friendly & accommodating staff. While the room we stayed in was indeed compact, having the large outdoor terrace made up for the smaller square footage. Full disclosure: getting to the property was a little unorthodox, but ultimately not a problem. Our driver dropped us off @ a covered garage off the main street and we were transported via golf cart up the narrow path to the property. Once there, you feel as if you've stepped into a beautiful oasis, which was frankly really hard to leave. Additionally the hotel staff's communication prior to our visit was timely & clear and not only did they make transportation arrangements for us (to/from the train station) but they also secured a private boat ride for our party of 4 around the lake. Our only regret was not staying longer, but we hope to return to Villa Clementina at some point in the future. This property is truly a gem! You will not be disappointed!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Clementina. The place is beautiful and the rooms are immaculate, but what really makes the experience so amazing is the people who work there - everyone was so friendly, welcoming and professional. The food was also incredible. Highly recommended, and we hope to go back in the future!

Service above and beyond! Beautiful location, super nice and helpful staff, clean, view to mountains and Lake Como, pool and spa, free parking, restaurant with flexibility and much more. Amazing place to stay and I’d recommend everyone!
