Amazing stay, wish they sold liquor (they said they start selling after a few weeks) and the hot tub was open; but the room was nice, it didn’t smell funky, and blankets were full. Staff is extremely friendly and even pointed out places to go

This place is really cheap. This kind of place is difficult to find at this price. To get to Santa Maria Maggie, I had to walk for about 10 minutes and then walk for 20 minutes to the Colosseum. I'm really happy with the place, I appreciate the receptionist's kindness and kindness. Also, they offer inexpensive Italian dining options. In reality, you will need your own towels and things like shampoo and soap. Be ready for this and don't take it as a negative because the cost is very low.

This hotel has a reputation of being one of the best hostels that I have ever visited, with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom being excellent, and also the friendliness of the staff, particularly the employee named Max. The price is very low and the service is also very excellent because it is close to the metro station and the city center. This hostel is recommended if you're going to Rome.

I spent a week here and was very satisfied with the assistance from the staff. The location is ideal for tourists and is clean and pretty quiet. 10 minute walk to coliseum and 5 minute to terming, from which you can go to anywhere in Rome by metro.

During my stay in Rome, Max and Lorenzo were very accommodating, they have a lot of general knowledge and I felt very welcomed. I came from Canada and stayed for 2 weeks was the best 2 weeks in my life.

This place was very pleasant and homey. I stayed in this hotel for 21 nights. It's a very reasonable price but a bit expensive. You will receive a unique italian cuisine every day at the lowest price at 9 a.m. This food is excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are constantly clean. The receptionist, Max, is very kind and helpful. You can leave your luggage, documents, and other valuables in the room or in the locker, and it is totally safe.

Some lockers we’re broken and need to be repaired also just a communal soap in the shared bathroom would’ve been nice but it was great to reconnect with the friends I met last year with a small world

This is exactly what you pay for. It was barebones, which is what I was expecting. But the staff were professional and helpful and it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of a cheap place to lay my head while in Rome.

My experience at this hotel was not what I expected. The facilities show clear signs of wear and a lack of maintenance. Cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, could be improved considerably, as the level of hygiene did not meet my expectations during my stay. In addition, several lockers were damaged or out of service, which made it inconvenient to store personal belongings. I also felt that the security measures were limited, which is an important aspect for guests who want to feel confident that their belongings are safe. I believe the hotel has potential, but it would benefit from greater investment in maintenance, improved cleanliness, and stronger security measures to provide a better experience for its guests.

Pues de entrada lo tomé por lo Barato, agradezco que solo haya sido una noche. Quise ser precavido. Lo único bueno fue lamperosna que me recibió, una mujer no me acuerdo del nombre muy amable, del resto el personal super mal mirado, la chica de la tarde es la groceria en persona. Los cuartos no tienen llave, nada seguro, la puerta de entrada al hostal la “cierran” con una silla poniéndola para sujetar las puertas. No volvería.

Único ponto positivo é a simpatia de alguns colaboradores, internet não funciona, água do chuveiro oscila não esquentando as vezes, o piso do banheiro alagado, paga-se para deixar bagagem, cobraram taxa de Turismo de hotel 4 estrelas, acima da taxa municipal estabelecida. Abrem a porta do quarto toda hora, sem privacidade, o quarto feminino não tem chave e uma noite um rapaz abriu a porta e queria dormir lá, precisamos expulsá-lo. Não recomendo.

I stayed at Villa Luzzati and there are a few important things future guests should know before booking. I booked a bed in a 4-bed dorm, but the room actually had 5 beds. The 5th bed was a bunk bed without proper stairs, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to climb. Also, there were only two outlet areas in the room, so it was difficult for everyone to charge their devices at night. One important thing to know is that there are no locks on the room doors, either digital or manual. There are small lockers outside the rooms, but you must bring your own lock. The washrooms were cleaned daily, which was good, but the shower curtain and shower head were broken during my stay. Towels are not provided unless you ask for them, so it’s better to bring your own toiletries and towel. The positive side of this hostel is definitely the location. It’s about a 7-minute walk to the metro station and nearby bus stops. Places like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain can be reached within about 25 minutes by metro or bus. The front desk staff, especially Dimitri, was very friendly and helpful. Another female staff member was also kind and supportive. I requested fresh bedsheets and a comforter, and they changed them for me immediately. Otherwise, you may end up using bedding that was previously used by another guest. I paid around CAD 56 per night, and personally I did not feel it was worth the price. However, it was one of the cheapest options I could find in Rome.

All the terrible reviews are right. I wish I had checked them out. My main issue is how noisy it was outside the first floor room both at night and in the morning. The front desk is right next to the door and the workers were constantly chatting with each others or guests and I could hear everything while I tried to sleep. It didn't help one of the staff called me a "stupid b*tch" when I declined to bother with the check out process.
