Veldig fint hotell med god service. Det føltes ut som at vi bodde i et slott. Vi glemte hotellnøkkel så vi satt fast ute midt på natta, men etter vi ringte kom de raskt og hjalp oss med et stort smil. Vi skal anbefale hotellet til våre venner og familie.

Geweldige tijd gehad in dit hotel: we kregen een upgrade naar een kamer met mezzanine. Aanvankelijk was het onder het balkenplafond een beetje benauwd, na een vraag aan de receptie werd de airco op een lagere temperatuur ingesteld. Dat was prima! Verder goede ontvangst, aardig personeel, goede schoonmaak, goede service. Prachtig hotel, gedecoreerd door een plaatselijke kunstenaar, met oog voor details. Door de ligging van het hotel is een huurauto aan te raden voor het maken van uitstapjes in de prachtige omgeving.

Our stay at Grand La Batia was really nice and we felt good there, the staff was very nice and helpful,Rosalie and Juliana at the reception were so helpful and nice and always smiling,and Antoniella who served in the restaurant was very nice too. If we ever go back there we would stay there again.

Wonderful stay without having to spend a ton of money. Giuliani and Mario working the front desk were magnificent in helping us out and recommending places to visit and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast buffet. Nice restaurant upstairs, fun pizzeria downstairs. Would definitely book this place again.

consiglio questo hotel a chiunque voglia fare una vacanza rilassante, il complesso è proprio incantevole ed è secondo me in un punto strategico per chi vuole non solo riposare ma anche visitare i dintorni, a pochi chilometri ci sono posti davvero interessanti!

Great hotel, awesome staff! Only thing I would recommend is having coffee tea service in the room so customers can self serve at odd times. I would highly recommend this place ! Staff goes out of their way to be helpful !

Escale courte pour visiter Segeste le lendemain matin. Arrivés à l'aéroport de Palerme à 19h nous avons rejoins l'hotel facilement. Nous avons pu diner au restaurant malgré l'heure tardive. L'hotel est très calme et très confortable.

Expensive to use a taxi everytime we want to see around (beach, town). The menu in the restaurant is focused on the adults, nothing for kids aside from french fries :-(
