Everything is ok. Good design if you need stay in airport for the night Only one video terminal works, and it works very slowly. You will have to wait a long time after the previous client. Bed surface is torn and it scratches your skin (room8)

The bed is like a doctor’s couch with no blanket or pillow but the room is warm (I slept in shorts and a t shirt) and I used folded clothes for a pillow. It was very easy to access the room and felt secure. Overall a great experience and I would book again!

El sitio es para lo que es: pasar la noche (o el rato) en el aeropuerto mientras esperas el vuelo. No te esperes Eso sí, mucho cuidado con el checkin. Para acceder es necesario el nº de teléfono. Yo en ningún momento lo dí a ZZZleepandGo, así que intuyo que fue el propio Hoteles el que lo facilitó. Pues estando mi nº de teléfono bien, en algún punto me lo insertaron mal poniendo los 3 primeros dígitos como prefijo de un país inexistente y eliminando un 0 de mi número. Por lo que al intentar entrar no podía. (El prefijo se pone a través de un desplegable fijo y como tal el 686 no existe). Tuve que llamar a atención al cliente vía whatsapp y eran ellos mismos (en inglés) los que me abrían las puertas. Lo mismo tendría que hacer si hubiera querido salir al baño. Así que aseguraos de llegar con batería suficiente en el móvil por si os pasa algo similar.

L'idea alla base di questo servizio è eccellente e il prezzo è molto competitivo. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza all'interno della cabina è stata deludente. L'arredamento è datato e il lettino appariva vecchio e decisamente rovinato. Durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato diversi problemi tecnici: il monitor non funzionava e non è stato possibile spegnere le luci. Inoltre, la mancanza di aerazione rendeva l'ambiente eccessivamente caldo, costringendomi a tenere la porta aperta per poter respirare. Un vero peccato, perché con una ristrutturazione e più cura sarebbe un'ottima soluzione."

Il materasso per me è un po' troppo duro, e la mancanza di cuscino si fa sentire sulla cervicale. Forse era solo il mio modulo (6) che aveva difficoltà nella chiusura della porta dall'interno, dava la sensazione che potesse rimanere la maniglia nelle mani se si forzava, mentre dall'esterno si chiudeva bene senza problemi. Gradirei anche poter lasciare parzialmente il soffitto aperto, non solo aperto/chiuso

Maniglia rotta, no kit cortesia, no lenzuola, no cuacino, no coperta, servizio pari a zero per 70€, rivestimento in pelle del materasso tutto scrostrato,molto deludente.

Il servizio è sicuramente ottimo trovandosi dentro l’aeroporto. Tuttavia c’è da dire che il lettino su cui si dorme fa venire i brividi: totalmente non curato. Tutta la plastica strappata e un sottile strato di carta a ricoprirlo. Ero preparata avendo già letto le recensioni e mi sono portata il mio plaid da mettere sopra per cui ho dormito tranquilla. Ma che ci vuole a rinnovare quei lettini? Perché non fare come le FS che ti danno un set usa e getta? Inoltre la temperatura era rovente e nonostante il ventilatore bisogna dormire svestiti per il troppo caldo. Da soffocare. Poi due signori entrati verso le 22:30 hanno fatto un baccano fino alle 4:00 circa, nonostante i continui solleciti a fare silenzio. Infine il servizio prenotazioni è terribile. Il portale fuori uso, il totem all’ingresso idem, non si è capito come mai non prendeva le carte di credito. Insomma difficoltà estreme per prenotare. Alla fine, in calcio d’angolo, abbiamo provato con expedia e finalmente siamo riusciti a prenotare. Se non fosse per la comodità di avere il servizio in aeroporto avrei dato una stella.

Om te slapen is het perfect. Er is geen wastafel of wc in de zzzleeping Je moet je kamer verlaten door uitcheck en terug weer inchecken om op het vliegveld je sanitair behoeften te doen. Douche gelegenheid heb ik niet gevonden

Ho dovuto chiamare l’assistenza perché risultava pieno; devi avere molto sonno perché il letto, senza coperta, non è la comodità per eccellenza. Scegli la struttura per avere una specie di letto per la sicurezza, il prezzo è troppo.

The idea is really good but it as not clean - there were a lot of crums from bread or some sort of pastries next to the bed. Also the person before me picked his/her nose and there was his buggers on the wall next to where you lay down - it made my stomach turn. If you go to the toilet and come back you feel the ventilation can't really keep up - there was a really stale smell of people's breaths in the whole area. Also, it needs to be stressed in the capsule with posters or somesort of communication besides the videos (people skip those) that people should understand these are not rooms - we can hear when someone is on the phone with girlfriend for almost 1h - it was annoying.
