My stay here was 10 out of 10 the room was very clean & nice, & the staff as well as the house keepers were very nice and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped just the refrigerator wasn’t so 100 but the Air Conditioning was very good. My husband and I love this place to where I’ll recommend people to stay here we fault safety with a 24hrs security guard. If I visit Jamaica again I’ll definitely stay at this place. And last the breakfast was very good!

I love that everything was good. I didn’t get to get in the pool because stuff was so hectic and everything was moving so fast but it was a beautiful hotel. I would go back there again and again and again.

Parking may be an issue which seems to be a practice of blocking cars in. If you’re here for a critical meeting, I would ensure your transportation is near the front gate. Other than that, all was okay for pricing.

I got locked out my room late at night and had to wait about a hr before I could get in my room maybe more. The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay!

The staff were great! Very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast every morning was good, the pool was clean. The location is central which is good but means lots of noise from traffic. The first two days of my stay there was sounds of construction outside my window until late evening. The rooms need a little updating, the walls could use fresh paint, no full length mirror in the room, no microwave, the kitchen looked dingy, didn’t even attempt to use. Overall it was good for a short stay

I chose this property mainly due to its location near the US embassy - it was a pick-up/drop-off location for a tour I was going on into the Blue Mountains. The rooms they have are fine - fairly small (at least the one I was in), but well laid out; bathroom was clean and recently remodelled; the water was a bit iffy from the faucet, though. It also had working air conditioning, which was a nice change from my previous location. The service was not-so-great: their service staff didn't show up to open their restaurant (ended up going across the street), and no one was available at 2 PM to access their convenience store. (There's a shopping center just down the road, though.) The desk receptionists were fine, though. That being said - there's an Indian hooka bar/dance club right across the street that serves good food - nice folks that run it (I had lunch there, and it was exellent), but they are loud at night, and kept me awake. (but it was Saturday night, so maybe that's an exception to the general rule.) The general area around the hotel is actually decent for some things - the Bob Marley museum is just down the road (I walked to it), there's a decent-sized shopping center a block down the other direction, and the aforementioned hooka bar/dance studio with excellent food is across the street. However, I wouldn't call it a "fun" location - more "servicable".

Hotel avec beaucoup de Potentiel mais malheureusement reste sur ses acquis et surf sur son gros avantage "la localisation" Si on rajoute la disposition des chambres ont a fait le tour des avantages. Pour le reste... Rien ne va, sur 8 jours nous avons eu le ménage qu'une fois...nous avons du quémander à plusieurs reprises des changements de serviette et produits d'hygiène (à minima) . La tuyauterie qui ronfle toutes les 2min Le wifi est quasiment inexistant... La piscine était out of service sur au moins 2 jours. Le petit déjeuner reste correct. Mais cerise sur le gâteau: la lassivité et l'incompétence du personnel de L'acceuil. Aucune réactivité face à nos divers problématiques et encore moins d'amabilité.

The walls in the room were dirty, the mimi refrigerator was dirty, the toilet couldn't flush properly without holding down the lever. Also there was no Ac in the lobby. I had to ask the young lady if she had to work in the heat all day Only then did she say sorry and proceeded to turn on the AC.

I booked this hotel mainly for the location, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the rooms face the road and are noisy, and music was played constantly, 24 hours a day. It was not extremely loud, but it was always there and became very annoying, making it difficult to relax and rest at night. Breakfast was poor quality. I tried dinner the first night, and the rice was clearly reheated and poor quality. They only offered chicken strips. I also found what looked like hair or towel fibers in the food, which was unpleasant. The price was far too high for the quality of the room and service provided. The only positive point was the housekeeping lady, who kindly helped me with ironing. She deserves the stars, not the hotel. I arrived at 1:25 PM, and although check-in was at 2:00 PM, they made me wait until 2:00 with no flexibility. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Stay was horrible. No air conditioning, remote not working. Poor customer service. Staff not pleasant. No maintenance on sight to visit AC. Not able to call front desk phone in room not working no dial tone. Remote control not would work to cut TV off. Had to take TV off wall to unplug. No manager on site to address issues and concerns. Breakfast was cold, not pleasant. Left number with manager to call regarding call. Manager not call we check out at 9 no call back regarding stay. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone as a foreigner. Terrible customer service.

First night stay Presidential suite.Rm 212 upon checking out for day called for towels no one brought towels to room. Staff was screaming on floor that morning around 7 am, extremely loud talking from staff woke me and my significant other up. Asked for towels and was clothes hotel staff said they were washing waited Hours still not Would have cancelled after first night's stay but I had already booked and it would not allow me to cancel. Next day stay Rm 213 tried different room, no ac, phone no dial tone, no maintenance on staff, no hotel staff to fix the issue. TV remote not working. I am extremely disappointed in this hotel as service was horrible I would like to request refund. Manager was not on site, left number with front desk for manager to call. No call as of yet we left hotel at 9 am hotel front desk said manger would be in around 930. No call yet to ask about experience stay. So disappointed as we paid over 300 dollars for a horrible experience.
