I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted with a glass of champagne, I felt welcomed into a world of top-tier luxury. Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thanks to everyone at Excellence Oyster Bay, my experience in Falmouth, Jamaica was nothing short of extraordinary. My wife and I had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with great views and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The restaurants offered a good variety of food, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. The spa experience was one of the highlights of our trip and helped make the vacation feel truly relaxing. The grounds were beautiful, and there were plenty of activities available while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that some restaurant wait times during peak hours could be a little long, but it was well worth the wait. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would definitely return. I highly recommend this property to couples looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and memorable getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars

Loved the room, the staff were amazing especially the staff at the coffee station. The food was great as well. The property was clean and beautiful. Overall amazing hotel. Views for days. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel and staff. My wife and I stayed for a week and this was her baby moon and everything was great and amazing. Thank You Excellence for a great and amazing time.

Beautiful beach, super friendly & helpful staff, and overall the food was pretty good. Gym was so nice and main pool is sublime! There are so many great spots on the resort so you can’t get bored but it’s also not so big that it’s overwhelming. Would stay again!

We had an outstanding stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and well stocked. Staff went above and beyond in their helpfulness and kindness. There is something for everyone. Lots of beach. Plenty of shaded chairs and cabanas. Spacious pools with lounge chairs and swim-up bars. We stayed in a room with our own private pool which we highly recommend. Our favorite restaurants wereThe Kitchen Table, Jerk Hut, Caribbean Grove, and The Grill. Be sure to take advantage of the many opportunities they have to go on fun excursions. The Chukka tour was a lot of fun! Our only two recommendations is that the rooms install dehumidifiers and the drain stoppers for the jacuzzi tubs in the rooms work. We’ve never felt better taken care of while on vacation than we did with Excellence! I hope we can return again one day. Respect!

This resort was incredible. I truly was so sad when we checked out. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help when needed. The food was actually pretty good considering I’ve read reviews where it’s hit and miss with all inclusive resorts. The property had small flaws but overall was beautiful and well maintained. Very romantic and quiet and serene with just enough fun nightlife sprinkled in without being too wild and crazy. Room was big and cozy! Highly recommend! Very safe property as well!
