fabulous food and staff. unlike any other all-inclusive. no need to be a preferred. everyone is preferred. high end alcohol. high end menu choices. clean. plenty of sitting and lounging spaces. no need to get up at 5am to reserve a chair! seriously top notch place. just remember it's a boutique hotel so it is small. not a whole lot of entertainment - just the right amount of music and events to entertain. the beach is beautiful. the pool area is spacious and clean. my husband and I were very impressed.

We loved our stay at the S Hotel. Easy and clear communication with Paula before our arrival was amazing. A warm welcome by Paula and Deandre with cool towels and a rum punch was a perfect start. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with our a/c that they addressed promptly with us to make it right and upgraded our accommodations. We longed for nothing in the way of service. The ladies were always prompt to clean and touch up our room and really make us feel treated. Buffet meals were delicious and changed out to not become boring or overdone. Drinks were well made and servers at each of the bars were pleasant and full of humor and great conversation. Restaurant meals were awesome, steaks were some of the best we have ever had. We had the pleasure of having Darel as our server two nights in a row; what a treat. We left really feeling like we made a new friend, thank you. Tony took the extra time to try to save my husband’s phone that went in the pool in his pocket. It’s those little extra efforts that make this team stand out. Kesha also was a wonderful hostess in the spa and Irie baths. We enjoyed many conversations her. Last but certainly not least, Andre was the perfect host that we had several meaningful and personal conversations with. It wasn’t until well into our stay that we discovered he was a manager as well. He kicked out butts with water aerobics but really helped to make our stay a great memory. Beautiful people and much respect for them all!

Great location - 5 minutesfrom tge airport. Hotel is well maintained and extremely clean. All of the plentiful staff are friendly, professional and highly effective. All pool and beach seating is of the highest quality with shade and sun available. There is all day long staff to serve drinks and food throughout the resort. The a la carte restaurants are great but so is the main buffet style restaurant. Also there is a 24 hr coffee/snack bar. There's multple bars and top shelf alcohol with great bartenders. The ocean view from our room was fantastic. The resort feels safe, well- maintained, and well thought out. The spa services were fantastic and reasonably priced. There's lots of onsite entertainment and options for outings. There's a beautiful beach with easy water access and fairly decent snorkeling right off the beach. The pictures on their website are an accurate depiction of the current beautiful hotel grounds and the rooms ( the bathroom in our junior suite was spectacular). Tipping not required but appreciated- the atm only has 20s and it can be difficult to get change so bring a supply of small bills - the staff are wonderful and you'll want to let them know!

This hotel is a whole vibe! If you’re looking for a mature venue where you can relax, listen to live music with great food, great service and professional staff then this is your place to book when coming to Montego Bay, Jamaica! You will enjoy every element of culture here as you learn about historic figures throughout the hotel including the amazing art work. You won’t be disappointed if you just want a grown folk experience. Hope it stays this way because I’ll definitely be back! 10 out of 10! 🇯🇲❤️

We so enjoyed our stay at this resort! This was our best vacation hands down. From the moment you walk into the lobby it just feels like home. We loved everything about our stay from the room setup(we loved the deep soaking tub), the staff was absolutely wonderful, the food was FABULOUS, the drinks were perfect, there was an abundance of fun activities and the music by poolside provided the perfect ambience to remind you of the beautiful Jamaican culture. This S Hotel does not disappoint! We are so happy that we chose this hotel as we stayed at a Secrets resort in the city and this hotel is much, much better. As a matter of fact this is our hotel of choice going forward when we visit Montego Bay.

Staff are amazing and the hotel and property are very clean. Only drawback is you can hear a lot of traffic noise from the street.

Tolles, stylishes Hotel direkt am Strand. Ausstattung des Hotels ist toll. Baustil besonders. Lediglich die Auswahl der Speisen im Buffett Restaurant könnte mehr und abwechslungsreicher sein.

The entire staff was ready to assist with any issues we raised, always going out of their way to ensure they were resolved. They made sure our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. The private beach of the property is one of the best ones we’ve vacationed at. Wonderful live music every evening greatly enhanced our stay. The property manager, Mrs. Price, personally saw to it that nothing was missing from our enjoyment and that my wife and I had a nearly perfect vacation experience.
