The hotel is great: the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. We decided to include the breakfast with the room fee, and it was a wonderful choice: the wide range of choice is great, and everything is delicious. Highly recommended. Finally, the hotel is located close to two subway lines, New Tram and Cho, both of them at a short walking distance. There is also a convenience store in the building if you want a cheap meal. Would I come back? Yes, of course!

They offer a good hotel with views of the harbour and is close to trains. The size of the room is good and has a wide variety of breakfast which is typical Japanese. The only downside for me is we reserved for 3 adults and an 11 year old but we were only given toiletries for 2 and 2 single beds with 2 pillows. We managed to work something out, but this type of booking failure should not happen.

Hotel in Japan is like pizza, even good ones are not that bad. This is by a very large margin the worst property I have used in Japan I stayed at the nearby atc for a 3 day conference and it would be mediocre for Europe. The hotel is on the 1017 of the large government tower I believe the prefectural he of Osaka, but signage is fairly limited. Checking is on the with floor. It starts from the hotel arrival. the bathroom is fine business hotel style but the bed is 1 child size 2 low quality mattresses my back still hurts, and half of the room is a tatami mat area no thanks. Breakfast was included but basically illegible. There was a moderate variety in the buffet but most of the items were cold. After realizing that this means they don't care about food safety or the health of their guests, I stopped eating there and moved to the downstairs dawson. This is completely unforgivable bad wifi. Google. Com was nearly blocked!, van worked but throttled. Also, the bad wifi at the atc made it awful. Good thing I left jpy 300 on my bed and it was untouched after cleaning I forgot to put and sign up on the door. They have washing machines for $ load. Basically a hotel run by the government or by a horribly incompetent

We picked this hotel as it was close to the event we were attending. It was a hassle getting in and out of the centre to the hotel. Normally a 40 min journey and 2 trains.

良い点ホテルの眺めやデザインはすごく素敵だったし、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で親切でした。悪い点上記が素晴らしいだけに掃除があまり出来ていなかった点がとても残念でした。忙しく、掃除にかけれる時間が少ないのかもしれませんが、高層ビルにあるホテルの為、窓を開けての換気も出来ないし、健康上とても良くなかったです。室内とランドリールームにも綿埃が沢山ありました。これは、スタッフのせいではなく、人数が足りていないのかもしれません。せっかく素晴らしいスタッフの方々と眺めやデザインが素敵なホテルなので、そこを頑張って頂けたら嬉しいです。

大浴場は狭すぎる！朝食は9時に行ったら並んでて入れたのが半頃それでバイキングだったので取ってきて食べてたら10時には出ていって言われた！子供も居たので食べるのが遅かった為ちょっと勘弁してよって思いました。後部屋のシャワーの繋ぎ目から水が漏れる
