Es un lugar bastante agradable para hospedarse. Estuve ahí 5 noches y fueron muy buenas. Todo es muy limpio y el personal es agradable y atento. Lo más genial es que a una cuadra está la estación del metro y todo es bastante cercano, también hay muchos lugares de comida cerca y un seven a la vuelta. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí cuando vuelva

Room wax very clean. Hotel was couple minutes from Shinjuku station as well as shops all around. The staff were super friendly and the plus was they spoke very fluent English.

カプセル内は大変清潔で寝るだけを考えたら十分でした。シャワールームも複数あり、狭いながらも機能的、シャンプー・トリートメント・ボディソープは完備、特に問題無しです。足拭き用のマットを一人に1枚バスタオル類と一緒に頂けるのは嬉しいですね。先に使った方のビショビショのマットに足をつけなくていいので。

思っていたより清潔でゆっくりできました。空調も心地よく、シャワー室や洗面台も広かったので過ごしやすいと思います。混んでいるときは少し窮屈かもしれないですが、駅近でお手軽に宿泊できるのはありがたいです。

The staff was very welcoming. At check in the lady noticed that I had a bare scrape on my elbow and offered me a band aid which I gladly accepted. The capsule and facilities were super clean.

カプセルの中では飲食できないけど、自分の空間が持てるのがいい。カプセルの入り口はドアじゃないのでイビキとかは聞こえる。女性だけの施設なので安心感もあり、機会があればまた泊まってみたいと思った。シャワー、トイレ、ロッカー全てが清潔感があり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがとてもいいにおいでした。シャワーブースも5室？ぐらいあったけど時間により満室になってることもあった。駅から近いし、入り口出たら飲食店もたくさんでした。女性1人で食べに行くって感じのところではなかった。タバコは吸うところないです。

This hotel was very clean and staff are very friendly help is available around the clock. The concept is very fun and clean as well, highly recommend unless you are a light sleeper as it can get a bit noisy when people wake up due to the share sleeping arrangement, but very well kept facilities, showers are nice and they give you towels and pyjamas and slippers! I would say it would be nice if more stools were added to the shower/bathroom floor as there are many girls in the morning who need to use the room to get ready but there’s not enough seating options available. Or mirrors? :)

Nice and cheap place to stay for a while. I can change my cloths or tidy up my luggage freely because the locker room is separated with bedroom. So it won’t disturb other guest

Loved this location! First time in Japan and I was traveling solo. Decided to experience a capsule hotel and was excited to find a woman only one. Immediately booked it and I wasn’t disappointed. You are given a locker to store your things and anything that doesn’t fit, the staff store it in the front desk area and have eyes on it the whole time. The staff are friendly and informative about the property and rules. The capsule floors are incredibly quiet. Great for relaxation and rest. Note for those that are light sleepers, these capsules aren’t sealed. The door is a blind that pulls down, so you may hear people walking around or snoring (if earplugs aren’t your thing). The communal showers were always clean. And even when busy there’s an area to wait or you can relax in your pod before trying again. The whole facility was very warm, which was great because during my stay the weather was cold and rainy. I was never uncomfortable and was pleased with my stay. The location is very close to a metro station to easily get around Tokyo. And there were tons of restaurants in the nearby area, you are spoiled for choice. Would book again.
