喫煙が発覚した場合は、罰金30,000円をご請求致します。

【パーティー禁止】
本施設では、パーティーや大規模な集まりは禁止されています。近隣の住民にご迷惑をかけないよう、静かにお過ごしください。もしパーティーや騒音が発覚した場合、即時退去を求める場合があり、追加料金を請求させていただくこともございます。

【騒音・近隣の方へのご配慮】
[静粛時間（22:00～7:00）]
この時間帯は、室内および共用部にて大きな音を出す行為（テレビの音量、話し声、音楽など）をお控えください。
[バルコニーの利用]
夜間（22:00～7:00）のバルコニーへの出入りは禁止です。近隣への騒音トラブル防止のため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
[車両のご利用に関して]
敷地内や他の敷地でのUターン・侵入は禁止されています。周辺住民の方々へのご配慮をお願い申し上げます。
[違反時の対応]
万が一、騒音や迷惑行為が発覚した場合、追加料金の請求や即時のご退去をお願いする場合がございます。

【破損・汚損】
ゲストによる器物破損・汚損が発生した場合、交換台や修理代を請求させていただきます。

【ペットのご滞在について】
ペット（わんちゃん、猫ちゃんなど）を連れてのご滞在はご遠慮いただいております。

【No Smoking Indoors】
Smoking is prohibited inside the property as well as in shared areas and outdoors.
If smoking is detected, a fine of 30,000 JPY will be charged.

【No Parties】
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited on the premises. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors.
If a party or loud noise is detected, immediate eviction may be requested, and additional charges may apply.

【Noise and Consideration for Neighbors】
[Quiet Hours (22:00–7:00)]
During this time, please refrain from making loud noises in the room or common areas (TV volume, talking, music, etc.).
[Balcony Use]
Access to the balcony is prohibited at night (22:00–7:00) to prevent noise issues with neighbors.
[Vehicle Use]
U-turns or entry into other properties are prohibited. Please be considerate of nearby residents.
[Violation Policy]
In case of noise or nuisance behavior, additional charges may be applied, or immediate eviction may be required.

【Damages】
Guests will be charged for any damage or stains caused to the property, including replacement or repair costs.

【Pets】
Bringing pets (dogs, cats, etc.) is not allowed during your stay.

室内以及公共区域和户外均禁止吸烟。
如果发现吸烟，将收取30,000日元罚款。

【禁止聚会】
本设施禁止举行聚会或大型聚集活动。请保持安静，避免打扰邻居。
如发现聚会或噪音，可能会要求立即离开，并可能收取额外费用。

【噪音与邻里礼仪】

此时间段，请勿在室内或公共区域发出大声噪音（电视音量、谈话声、音乐等）。
[阳台使用]
夜间（22:00–7:00）禁止进入阳台，以防噪音影响邻居，请理解并配合。
[车辆使用]
禁止在本物业或他人物业内掉头或随意进入。请考虑周边居民的生活。
[违规处理]
如发现噪音或扰民行为，可能会收取额外费用或要求立即退房。

【破损与污损】
如客人造成设施物品破损或污损，将收取更换或修理费用。

【宠物】
禁止携带宠物（狗、猫等）入住。
