I believe it took a little over five minutes from Sake Station. The room was compact but comfy. It was very clean and had a proper desk where I could work. The large shared bath was a good alternative to the small room bathtub. I was fortunate my room was on the same level as the bath, just a few doors down. You could wear hotel pajamas to the bath if you wanted. The cleaning staff and the catering staff were very polite and pleasant. The free selfservice breakfast was an enjoyable addition to the usual Japanese dishes you can take as much of the Japanesestyle macaroni and potato salad. They also had fried noodles and pastries. I must say the coffee wasnt very great, but overall it was a good breakfast to start the day. I liked how the hotel cut out any unnecessary bits to keep the cost do you have to return the dishes in the right container after breakfast, you place your card key in the machine when you check out. I was there to attend a conference so wasnt looking for a luxurious vacation experience, so it was exactly what I wanted clean, nonsense, affordable room.

This is my favorite hotel in Papplication. I stay at the Ab Hotel on every business trip, it always full booking, you need to reserve it on official homepage. I love the breakfast. Very delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It takes about 7 minutes to reach Sake Station from exit 13. The room is ok for a single traveler, the bed is adequate and comfortable, they have a free hot spa, but some times it's only for women and men, and everyone has a free breakfast. There is a very good Yakitori shop next to the hotel that serves fantastic wushu foods.

The hotel is close to two convenience stores, one on the same block and the Tokyo subway stop on exit 1 4 minutes. The nearby station on the Yamabacho Express has several chain restaurants. The yamaha izakaya serves delicious chicken wings, but I didn't get a chance to utilize the hotel baths. The employees were extremely friendly. The breakfast was included and served with a wide variety of choices, including english-European breads and pastries with Japanese standard dishes such as fish, miso soup, rice, mountain greens, little sausages and meatballs. Some English, coffee, etc. Are offered. There are a lot of other sake dining options.
