Great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh, and everything felt well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s a non-smoking property, which made a big difference. The rooms are on the smaller side, but still comfortable. Location was super convenient with easy walking distance to shops, 7/11s, and everything you’d need. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay. Free bread, juice and coffee was so good. The bedding really provided the perfect comfort. It was so nice to have the life market and fresco market right around the corner. It was really nice to walk around the small alleys from hotel towards Nishiki Market direction.

Excelente hotel. Reservamos una habitación superior y el tamaño de la habitación fue muy adecuado, al igual que las amenities. Contratamos con desayuno pero creo no es para nada necesario ya que el hotel ofrece en forma gratuita té, café, jugos , medialunas y panes con mermeladas. Al haber contratado con desayuno traen además una caja con ensalada, unas pocas frutas que realmente no vale la pena. La habitación no tenía luz natural, Sólo una ventana cerrada y tapada.

Le petit déjeuner est correct même si il ne change qu’un jour sur deux, sur un séjour de 6 jours c’est un peu dommage :) Proche d’une rue menant à gion en marchant tout droit pendant 25mn, konbini juste à côté je recommande.

There are restaurants and a Family Mart combini next door. One block away there is a supermarket. You'll have all your needs covered at walking distance. I choose breakfast included and you get a mix of japanese with western items bento box. In the front you have a nice coffe machine, and matcha tea in the afternoons.
